What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco?

There really isn't anything that I dislike. Every new version of Variphy has been better than the last. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CDR Call Reporting for Cisco solving and how is that benefiting you?

Variphy makes CDR analysis so much easier. I can easily troubleshoot issues using the call history tool and view the exact call path, which codec and gateway was used and I can see each leg of the call using the cradle to grave option. What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco?

Variphy is VERY easy to use...once you have reports set up. I do not come from a very extensive Cisco background, especially with phones, but Variphy is pretty easy to pick up. Setting up reports? A little tricky; there are a LOT of ways to do it, alot of filtering that could be set up, but the vendor was very thorough and actually set up some basic ones for us and recommended to copy and build reports from the ones he made for us. What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco?

As I mentioned previously, there are just SO many options for filtering, grouping, etc. I do wish it was very simple and to the point, but CDR dumps do have a lot of information and it has come in handy to have that extra filtering for certain reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CDR Call Reporting for Cisco solving and how is that benefiting you?

NO MORE TAKING HOURS FOR A SINGLE REPORT. I had to run a report on a phone for a log that was 2 weeks and it took me 2.5 hours to go through all the dumps and make the data "pretty" for the end user. NO MORE WITH VARIPHY. We also have set up 911 calls so we know who's been our biggest offender! Data doesn't lie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
