I like how smoothly the CDK CRM integrates with CDK Drive. The worksheets are very easy for our salespeople to build and very easy to edit or make additions too. I use this daily to build deals and send through to our DMS. Anytime I have needed customer support, the technical dept as been efficient in solving my issues. I with CDK was more up to date with it's texting and email follow up. CRMs are really making strides with AI and I feel CDK is behind in that aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use and the opportunity to push customer data to our CRM, we use them every day with a staff of 20 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system works well to discover all of our customers that we have in the database and allows us to figure out how in-depth we need to be to acquire their business. We have so many customers that we get internet leads on, show up to the dealership or by phone, and we need to be able to track the conversation progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thus far I personally don't have any dislikes. Just recently the "flow" of automated tasks has been updated for all new leads which have been a huge help so unnecessary tasks aren't created. The analytics are fantastic. Reporting is top-notch; you can review the sales, service, and BDC teams. You can also find out which vendors are delivering sales and cut the ones that aren't, which will save you a lot of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The consistent errors and functionality of the software make it very difficult to prepare documents to our customers successfully. Well, this is nothing I dislike, but sometimes the auto pops get to be too many, and having to call tech support for assistance which should be in the admin tools. Well and I would get this today

We manage several locations, so the ability to quickly and easily move between shells is a very appreciated function. There's also a campaign manager that's easy to use to execute email campaigns using marketing lists promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Basic CRM functions are needlessly challenging to perform, and that's problematic when trying to teach people who aren't the most tech-savvy to use the software. The system isn't particularly good at matching duplicate entries either, making it hard to know which profile is the working client and not an orphan. The updates made by the company also have a habit of breaking custom functions we've had set up to perform tasks, so it feels like we're constantly reaching out to support to continue doing our jobs. The email template editor allows the use of HTML and CSS, which is excellent except that eLeads needs to inject its code into the templates, so editing your template outside of eLeads doesn't guarantee it will function as intended Inside eLeads.
