What do you like best about Cavu HCM?

Simplicity of our weekly and bi monthly payroll processing. Our customer service representative Joyce Mutton is tremendous in her knowledge of the payroll system and all the ins and outs of it. The payroll portal is easy to use and has every feature available. If I can't figure it out, it's a quick phone call or email to Joyce and easily shown or explained how to do it. What do you dislike about Cavu HCM?

If I had to pick one thing and I had to list something, maybe more "How To" segments on using the payroll dashboard. I'm sure there are hundreds of things available, we don't know how to use. Really falls on me for not taking the time to educate myself on all the features and I need to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cavu HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

User-Friendly interface, accurate reporting, and quick responses to any and all questions or requests. The basic offered reports are great, but there is also the ability to customize reports as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
