I use Catchpoint on a daily basis. It serves the exact need of our Digital Experience Monitoring team. I find the ability to run different types of tests around the globe very convenient and accurate. When I trend data for a period of time that is longer than three days, I face some slowness, even in the mouse movement, unless I enable the breakdown. Also, I don't particularly appreciate it when the data exceeds the amount allowed in a chart Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI, it's quite straightforward and since there are so many nodes of different cities, we can easily test/check the page performance with the detailed reporting interface.

Sometimes the waterfall section gives an "Awww Snap" error on Google chrome if the test has been done on a website that has way too many resources. there are couple of features which are pretty good in Catchpoiint, like the screenshots for every milli seconds, performance data with different different filters, ease of navigation on the UI, the support team, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

New to this app there really isn’t anything that we dislike about the platform. The only thing that we struggle with is carving out enough time to fully utilize the capabilities of the platform.
