## Catchpoint Reviews
  ### 1. Software buyers want to hear more about Catchpoint.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NAMAN GUPTA . | Network Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

The best part about Catchpoint for me is the detailed diagnostics it provides. Instead of just telling me something is wrong, it helps me understand why it’s wrong—whether it’s DNS, routing, or application latency. This really reduces the time my team spends on troubleshooting and helps us resolve incidents faster.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

The only thing I dislike is that Catchpoint has so many features that it takes some time to fully learn and configure. Once you get used to it, though, it becomes very powerful

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a network engineer, Catchpoint helps me identify and resolve performance issues much faster. It gives visibility not just into our internal applications, but also into external dependencies like DNS, BGP, and CDN providers. Before using it, it was difficult to prove whether a slowdown was caused by our network or by an external service. Now, with Catchpoint’s global vantage points and path analysis, I can quickly see where the problem lies.

  ### 2. Reliable Monitoring with Some false Alert Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sai B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

I find Catchpoint incredibly useful for its ability to monitor application use cases effectively. It provides end-to-end functional test cases in the production environment, which is crucial for detecting issues quickly before they are reported by customers. This feature is particularly valuable in maintaining a reliable production environment and ensuring that potential failures are caught proactively, thereby enhancing operational reliability and customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Sometimes, Catchpoint provides false alerts indicating failures in test cases. However, upon manual verification, these alerts often turn out to be incorrect, as the test cases work fine.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Catchpoint for monitoring application use cases, which helps catch functional issues in production swiftly, preventing customer impact.

  ### 3. Ensuring smooth digital user experience

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Sometimes the setup feels a little bit complex at the beginning and also it takes time to fully explore all the features. Setup takes some effort but runs smoothly after some time. Apart from that rest of the things are easy to understand.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Catchpoint helps us to detect downtime and performance issues early as compared to other applications. So, it saves our troubleshooting time and improve the reliability and also ensures the smoother digital user experience.

Well defined UX, easy to understand and deploy test runners, and easy alerting mechanisms.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

It's very UX intensive that sometimes trying to get to a particular view gets difficult. Having an accompanying chatbot/searchable documentation will be helpful to streamline the process of navigating to the desired views.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Catchpoint helps detect issues with our web application in production. We use it to login to our portal and verify if login succeeds as expected. It helps catch any kind of outages well in time so that our engineering teams can quickly jump into action if there's an outage in any region. It also misfires a lot, but our team is willing to take misfired alerts so as to be sure to detect any potential outage.

The lack of flexibility for adding additional features during term and outdated UI based on todays standards.

Easy to use once setup, and we like it because it helps us understand global application performance on a per-node basis. **Reviewed by:** Amr M. | Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Their support for sure. Whenever I face a minor or a major issue and get stuck, I just talked to support and everything gets fixed. I can't think of any competitors for catchpoint at the moment when we think of it in terms of how many nodes they have spread across the world especially in China

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

I used to hate the old UI, mainly for the open-in-new tab needs I can't do that all the time. But the new UI looks promising. So I am looking forward for the new UI

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important feature is that Catchpoint is available in China, which means we can monitor our servers in china and get instant alerts for any incidents there.

  ### 24. useful and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Catchpoint helps me to be able to monitor the alerts when the tests of my services fail

  ### 25. Catchpoint 2022 review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

The ease of building test scripts. The instant test facility has been very useful to build new scripts or to test new steps before full deployment. The new Symphony UI looks promising but still needs more work.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Challenges in trying to get Single-Sign on scripts to work.
Some tickets opened with Catchpoint seem to take "forever" to resolve and the updates to the ticket while waiting for a positive outcome is mostly vague enough to ignore. The updates do not indicate whether they are 30% or 70% complete on providing a solution to the issues raised in the ticket. Because some tickets take so long to resolve, I sometimes forget the history of events for the ticket and have to read the ticket from the start to recall the progress of the issue.
The Symphony UI takes some getting used to but there are still gaps that need to be filled that are replacing "equivalent" functions from the old UI.

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

It would help if you did your due diligence when comparing similar products based on your needs

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Catchpoint has been useful in helping us to quickly setup monitoring for the many web properties we have. Integrating the Catchpoint alerts with Moogsoft has been helpful because Moogsoft has been the main "alert aggregator" for us. Since Moogsoft is also integrated with PagerDuty, it means that our customers would get the benefit of getting paged or pager escalations via PagerDuty without much effort. We didn't have to setup Catchpoint email alerts for each application team as they were added to Catchpoint. The new alert webhook feature has finally been made available which will help to reduce the number of calls we had to make to determine if any new Catchpoint alerts needed attention.

  ### 26. Powerful tool for showing performance VS competition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

It's great that I generate a report from a neutral 3rd party comparing our company's performance vs our competition. It's a perfect conversation starter.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

It's taking me some time to wrap my head around the new UI. I really liked the previous interface.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run tests showing a customer's current CDN performance VS what they would see if they were using the Edgio CDN.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Ken, thank you for the 10/10 review! So glad to hear how helpful Catchpoint is for your pre-sales process.

  ### 27. Extremely useful to monitor through many type of ways. Clear view and detail water fall/break down.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff Hyeongjun K. | MTS 2, Network Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Monitoring from specific location (mostly using Synthetic) for our services and alerting when any errors occurred.
Compare performance through metrics, TTFB, DNS, SSL, Wait, Load, etc ... before / after or A vs B

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Not much using classic Dashboard. Creating/Updating Dashboard needs to be improve for more comfortablility. Still some of features are under classic UI. When they are migrated to new UI? Since using new UI, now I'm very used to new UI but still see some classic UI page when seting SSO, or etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

There are many monitoring tools in the world. I think Catchpoint is one of the best tool. This is why I've been using Catchpoint almost for 8 years.
I've tried to use or used Dynatrace, PingDom, NewRelic before. but, I keep using Catchpoint till.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through waterfall / breakdown summary detail, we can investigate and find response from header capture or screen-shot image from global locations of agents. We delivery our service through Web protocol (HTTP/HTTPS). This kind of information is very useful for troubleshooting.

  ### 28. Excellent client support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Support is always available to help and guide you on how to use the application I have always had the support of such a wonderful team and they have been able to provide the best solution in each of the cases I have dealt with them.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

I think that in order to be a tool that can be used globally, it should also have support in the native language of the client that can explain and guide you through the process of configuring a test in the clearest way possible.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creation of apis and help in the configuration of transactional test we and webservices this was very beneficial to all of us because we received a clear guide and a very complete development.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Thank you for your review and feedback! I'm glad to hear that our support team has always been so helpful. I agree, they are a pretty great team!

  ### 29. best tool to track production urls and alert

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

not much i can think of at this point, all good.

It is solving the issue of how to monitor live sites after deployed to prod. This tool helps us in monitor prod traffic

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Hi Abhliash, thank you for your review! I'm glad to hear that set up was easy and that you're happy with Catchpoint!

  ### 30. On prem and AWS cloud monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Ease of configuration, the number of global nodes around the globe, the customer support team is fantastic to work with, and technical support also goes above and beyond to help. Test granularity is beyond other RUM and synthetic monitoring tools. It can certainly get complex configuring some tests, but if you ever get lost or stumped, the support team is always available and willing to help with a solution. Not only will they help configure tests for monitoring, but they also will help analyze each test and provide their expertise.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Cost is the only negative I can think of. Points dissipate quickly with very few tests configured, but the tool does much more than other similar RUM and synthetic monitoring tools, so the cost many times is irrelevant.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On prem network infrastructure monitoring, DNS monitoring, AWS app packet loss detection, CDN/Origin monitoring, app latency issues, etc.. Catchpoint fills a gap in synthetic monitoring that our BUs currently are missing.

  ### 31. CatchPoint is my live saver!!

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

Enjoy

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CatchPoint provides a sequence of API calls. It is similar for us to invoke multiple endpoints via the Postman tool.

  ### 32. Solid product with many opportunities in Prod support, QA, API test, and more.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cliff A. | TECH LEAD - Global Store, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Catchpoint is often described as an 'automated synthetic test tool' - and it can be. But scratch the surface and you will find many other abilities - for example a worldwide network of test nodes for frontend testing. In addition,

  For example, API testing

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

The frontend could use a little work as it's somewhat dated. Be great to have additional pro services bench strength too.

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

Don't think of CP as a 'synthetics' tool, think of it in terms of the challenges you need to address - and then leverage the CP team to help you meet those objecives.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Started with production support - reliability and performance testing. This tool spans our code - and all our vendors using the 'broswer' as the final arbitor. We are now expanding to API/QA testing. Those tests will, eventually, be promoted to production support to complete the devops cycle.

  ### 33. Great tool for synthetic monitoring &end-user experience. But needs to upgrade with a few features.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prakul R. | Lead Performance Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Network level details for a given test step

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

New UI doesnt allow to perform custom nth percentile feature, which was great in old UI.

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

1. Customization around filmstrip snapshot interval for any given test execution instance.
2. Provide custom nth percentile option in new UI while pulling out a report for any specific test instance

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synthetic monitoring of business critical pages on the production environment

  ### 34. Customer perspective monitoring with reachability focus.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles C. | Manager, IT Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

In my experience catchpoint has the broadest number of test locations for running tests to measure your customer’s experience. With too many other products, you are testing from cloud locations back to your applications which are often also cloud-based. CatchPoint combines that excellent visibility with exceptional customer service.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

I think there is an opportunity to make script writing easier, perhaps by providing a recorder. It would also be nice to have more control over the default data retention policies.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company runs software from multiple datacenters and cloud locations; seeing disruptions or changes between locations is very difficult to troubleshoot with monitoring how traffic travels between locations over time. Catchpoint provides this visibility. We deliver services to our customers all across the United States. It is essential to understand when a region is impacted and not our service in diagnosing issues for support.

  ### 35. Catchpoint team is responsive and engaging in helping setup custom tests.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhinay P. | Software Engineer, Traffic and Core Infrastructure Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Catchpoint tests help us test the infrastructure from multiple geos allowing us understand latency and connectivity issues from different locations.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

The new interface is great. It would be helpful if it allows us to create multiple tests at once.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Catchpoint tests are set up to monitor and alert multiple services in the infrastructure from global test nodes. The alerts help us in diving right into the nodes that need attention.

  ### 36. Catchpoint is a market leading synthetic monitoring tool.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** amrutha v. | Technical Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Differnt synthetic monitoring solution is available within Catchpoint. In our organization we are using 20 differnt sythetic monitoring solution from Catchpoint.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Slowness on the catchpoint Uuser Interface. Especially in new UI, and we dont see an option to switch to new UI from the legacy version, but we do have an option from legacy version to new UI.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps customers to analyse the with business transaction performance, how the application is behaving.

  ### 38. Catchpoint review - Dafabet

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Multiple options for tests and granular visibility when using waterfall feature, plus the overview it gives for availability and site speed. Overall, very useful

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Not enough information for last mile visibility, although the option exists and there some beginning steps to facilitate this side of the tool. It would help to also have last mile alongside synthetic

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

Give it a try!

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility of site speed and availability per region/territory, plus waterfall features for testing loading of separate assets - scripts, images, overall contnt etc

  ### 39. Catchpoint is user friendly and easy to access and understand.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sarita s. | Operations Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

It's speed for loading data is very smooth, and it doesn't take much time to load data and graphs, even for a big project. This saves lots of time, and it's getting the job done.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

There is much feedback from my side for improvement. It would be helpful if we could see all the ongoing tickets in one place, even from other team members that would be helpful

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilizing catchpoint on daily basis to track the issues on our website related to customer's shopping paths. The user friendly experience makes this process smooth and effortless for us.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Thank you for the positive review Sarita! We greatly appreciate your business and value your feedback.

  ### 40. Catchpoint has a nice set of unique capabilities to help with monitoring of your applications.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian G. | Team Lead - Operations Technology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Large list of actual backbone locations to test from and the data collected.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

There are not any notable areas within the tool to dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

A great tool to have in your toolbelt and the customer service team is always very helpful and attentive.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the tool mainly to ensure our applications are available and reachable from the external prespective. Our other monitoring tools mainly test from cloud locations so don't give us the coverage we were seeking. Additional features such as traceroutes are helpful when troubleshooting potential networking type of issues.

  ### 41. Awesome Real Time Testing Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

The RUM and testing helps us a lot to get real time analytics

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Nothing really that I know of , but we're still exploring catpoint and it's intergrations.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real Time User monitoring, Metric analytics and Alerting setup. Yes, it is able to test users in various regions of the world.

  ### 42. The irreplaceable tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

I use Catchpoint on a daily basis. It serves the exact need of our Digital Experience Monitoring team. I find the ability to run different types of tests around the globe very convenient and accurate. Tracepoints are one of my favorite features in Catchpoint, and I like how I can easily visualize the data we collect through dashboards and favorites.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

When I trend data for a period of time that is longer than three days, I face some slowness, even in the mouse movement, unless I enable the breakdown. Also, I don't particularly appreciate it when the data exceeds the amount allowed in a chart

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are monitoring our cutomers shopping experience, plus the services and APIs used in the company, and tools as well

  ### 43. I've been using Catchpoint for over 10 months now, and it's just AMAZING !

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

The UI, it's quite straightforward and since there are so many nodes of different cities, we can easily test/check the page performance with the detailed reporting interface.
And the Alerts section is also quite useful at times when running crucial tests.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Sometimes the waterfall section gives an "Awww Snap" error on Google chrome if the test has been done on a website that has way too many resources. Then it becomes a bit difficult to extract the data. Apart from that issue, the whole interface works really smoothly.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mostly use Catchpoint to run page performance tests on Web Apps and/Or Customer websites. Catchpoint has always provided us with detailed summary reports and when required, waterfall reports containing Network call level Granularity in reporting. All this has helped us fine-tune Our code to enhance the performance.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Thank you so much for the review! I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying your experience with Catchpoint. We are committed to providing our customers with the best, and it’s great to know that we’re meeting this goal with you!

  ### 44. Catchpoint in action validating and alerting across the globe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harish J. | Senior System Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

It keeps on checking the site availability across multiple locations across the globes.
It gives an upper hand to end customer in maintaining high availability of sites.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Alert email which comes out from catchpoint should also have filmstrip about the failure steps. This will avoid us to go and check which steps has failed

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

Check on site uptime/downtime, performance issue from multiple locations around the globe and trigger the alert, then Catchpoint is one of the best tool i have come across

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever we have performance issues reported by external customers, its hard to check since we are within Intranet zone, if there is slowness Catchpoint triggers the alert and we can correlate it with the customer issues.

**Official Response from Kendall Matthews:**

> Hi Harish, thank you for the great review! We value your feedback and are glad to hear that Catchpoint is high up on your list!

  ### 45. Best in class Synthetics Monitoring Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Catchpoint has an extensive group of testing locations all over the world. Enterprise nodes also provide excellent coverage inside the internal network.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Catchpoint solutions for RUM element of DEM is not as strong as other platform solutions available.

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

Catchpoint is a great solution for those looking for an extensive synthetics monitoring solution. And they are continually making it better. I highly recommend this product.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to test from so many geographies is powerful and puts Catchpoint on a higher level than other solutions. We have reduced downtime by and performance issues by extensively testing our web sites using Catchpoint.

  ### 46. Appreciate your efforts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

there are couple of features which are pretty good in Catchpoiint, like the screenshots for every milli seconds, performance data with different different filters, ease of navigation on the UI, the support team,

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

downsides, would need the data breakup for more than a month, currently if we put a breakdown for a performance of a monitor on last 60 days we dont get output.

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

1. At a point in future Catchpoint should be able to say that there is metric data or percentage of real customer impact

2. Also we use API to get some data on to our monitoring tools for ease of checking the performance of monitors, at times we are stuck with no data on what is the response of the API calls, how many requests are made per sec/per min/per hour/per day etc. If you can build capabilitites to get this data, that would be of great help for our organization to deal with certain traoubleshooting issues.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

with catchpoint, we are benefited with knowing the issue which the end customer faces beforehand at times. the alerting mechanism whenever a monitor fails helps our internal teams to know that there could be some issue at that particualr location/node on the configured web/app

  ### 47. It's easy to use and setup alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

Strong focus, excellent experience, driven to drive company success. Monitors everything from development to production that can affect your end-user experience

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

New to this app there really isn’t anything that we dislike about the platform. The only thing that we struggle with is carving out enough time to fully utilize the capabilities of the platform. It is a feature-rich platform, and we are only scratching the surface on its capabilities. But what we do use is invaluable to our success

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have since added real user measurement and continue to build out high-value dashboards that are used across our organization to proactively monitor, manage, and improve our website’s performance.

  ### 48. Used Catchpoint to test performance of different CDNs, got quite good experience and results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

User friendly console, différent types of tests.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Not as much POPs as I would like (very few servers in some regions), also does not take into account ISP market share. For example if you select 5 ISPs where 2 have let's say 95% of market share it would be good to take this into consideration.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Choose a CDN based on performance.

  ### 49. Catchpoint is demonstrably useful, relatively easy to use and navigate, and has great support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

The support team is extremely responsive!
We've also been able to use the running tests to find and fix issues.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

Support for windows nodes was discontinued

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal network validation and website performance have been the main areas of focus

  ### 50. Catchpoint Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Catchpoint?**

I like user experience of pulling data from different days with multiple tests. It's easy to pick up and hone down on the specific date or time range that we're looking for.

**What do you dislike about Catchpoint?**

I don't particularly appreciate how we have to pick dates and times while using the app manually. If we are monitoring different many or multiple tests it becomes pretty hectic.

**Recommendations to others considering Catchpoint:**

Would highly recommend for monitoring tests.

**What problems is Catchpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve problems by monitoring certain tests that can reduce the friction our customers encounter within our apps.
We can check web transaction failures, availabilites, and many more.
