What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

As per recruiter I use career builder for finding candidates, Career builder has there own database, they also best for functional requirements I prefer for functional requirements because you can make short string and search candidates. We can choose three locations at that moment. Career builder also provide range of miles best part is we can choose range if we want candidate in 10 miles, 20 miles or higher range. It also provides resume update range where we can get latest updates resume, even we can forward resume to our email. As compare to other job boards career builder is cheaper. What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

Careerbuilder is mostly use for functional requirements, IT requirements candidates are less due to small string its little difficult to find perfect best candidate. Career builder made work easier as we don't have to search candidates manually through LinkedIn, it has the option for bolean string so we can put there string in the search option and as per the job description we can find the candidate by key words which we have put in bolean string. What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

You can easily search and reachout the candidates for almost any job. All suitable filters are available to chose from, Like VISA status, Employment type, Location and distance from specific Zip code. I could find many matches from Careerbuilder and i have closed the positions with the help of this awesome recruitment tool.

This is very easy to use, once you have basic understanding of Boolean search, It gives you the most relavent results. Also, the features from filter section are very useful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

Sometimes the Logout Glitch, It automatically logs me out of the session during the search. When i have opened sufficient profiles based on my search and i start calling one by one, It logs out automatically and then i have to rediscover the candidates by starting the fresh search after login again. What problems is CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am not using CB as ATS, company has other tool for that purpose. I am using CB for simpy sourcing purpose and it has been very helpful in that. I have found so many matches on my jobs and filled few of them with the help of CB. For instance I have recenly filled a Application Admin position, the profile was fist discovered in CB and then other Platforms, I was lucky to submit the candidate before anyone else found her. What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

Career builder help me to the hiring process, making it more efficient and less time-consuming. This includes features like resume parsing, automated job posting, and centralized communication tools. I can easily filter out candidates I want based on their work authorisation without calling each number to clairfy their status. Very effective and effeiciant. The most Helpful part of of career builder's applicant tracking function is the portal allows to all of our existing candidates which been added in a pool for maybe for future reference or puposly for making a database for teh specific role also for pipeline pupose to make a track of candidates for thier recruitment stages of interviews, offers, and other relevant statuses. It is easy to use as functions are widely open and easy to apply and implement the correct status for candidate profile. It comes with great UI and function stability to integrate it with Internal ATS software for continuous sync with pipelines, statuses and other delivery if infomation to the recruitment orgamnization for data integration.

There is no such major downsides of CareerBuilder ATS as it does the job very well.
