Cangrade Pros and Cons

The results are provided in a digestible, "quick tips" format that requires very little forethought to utilize. For those intimately familiar with assessments it might not seem like an obstacle to read results and be able to derive meaningful insights, but handing off results to a hiring manager whose first and only experience may only be this very first set of results from CanGrade, it's very useful to have the top driving factors, and interview tips provided at a quick glance in a plain English format. Some of our users like to self-author portions of tests, to be able to customize to individual preferences from clients/hiring managers. It would be terrific to be able to add a portion that is self-authored and not graded (or graded according to our own answer key pass/fail criteria, not as part of the CanGrade score), so that the two could be done in tandem together. It can sometimes be hard to "trust" the data and results of the assessment, especially when a candidate has the experience we are seeking but does not 'pass' the assessment.
