What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?

I have hired Candybox twice now. They are phenomenal team with grounded, pragmatic Salesforce professionals who aim to understand the needs. Working with Mark and Cody has been a force accelerator for my initiatives in 2024. It is their focus and accessibility that ensures they build functionality that meets the needs of the business where it is, and ensures the scalability in where it needs to go. What do you dislike about Candybox CRM Solutions?

Unbelievably kind words Kay, thank you so much. This project was truly an example of maximizing the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to not only fulfill functional "CPQ" requirements, but provide reps an UX they can actually work with. The work we did here evolved naturally into a template for us, and we're capable of getting this package into orgs in about a day so that new SaaS companies starting on their Salesforce journey have accurate bookings and line items from day 1.

What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?

Katherine, Mark, and CandyBox team are thoughtful, engaging solution partners. Unlike other agencies, I never feel like I'm working against the clock. They take the time to understand the processes behind the build and recommend solutions that are aligned with my organization's goals and aspirations.

During our Service Cloud implementation, they met with each of the service teams to understand how they use their current CRM, how they wish they could use their CRM, and the ways in which each team interact with the other. Ultimately, their recommended solution was comprehensive and improved communication and interaction within the service org and also between service and other SFDC user groups, like sales and finance. What do you dislike about Candybox CRM Solutions?

There weren't any downsides to working with CandyBox. We had a limited budget, limited resources, and a few large projects that we needed help with. What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?

The team has been there and seen it already. Its been a pleasure working with the team like Nicolas and Mark.

Nicholas has been able to provide massive value by helping the team enhancing our quote to cash process as well as consolidating and optimizing Service Cloud automation flows.

One huge, positive distinction of the team is to accomodate our internal support procedures such as using Asana for support and feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Candybox CRM Solutions?

My only area of feedback is around resource utiliztion. Because we are held to a set amount of hours on a monthly basis, I don't always have visibility into how much time my team has used. What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?

There are a lot of Salesforce consultants, but what I like most about Candybox is how they take the time to understand the business - the workflows, processes, and teams - to help craft a solution that fits our needs. They are true thought partners and don't require a structured list of requirements. I gave them a high level set of objectives and they were able to translate that into tactical technical updates.
