
We use Candybox CRM Solutions as a Salesforce and RevOps consulting partner. They always make thoughtful updates, provide recommendations about our current needs, and bring background knowledge from what they've seen work at other organizations. I've really appreciated how they take our day-to-day questions/requests, boil it down to identify core issues, and put solutions into action quickly. They're responsive, flexible, and I feel like they are truly invested in our success, which is not always the case when working with external partners. Personally, I recently joined and Candybox played a big role in my onboarding, taking time to walk me through what they've built, and answering all my questions as I ramped. Any challenges we've faced are really a result of the fact that Candybox is outside of our day to day operations, which can limit their view on the full picture. It then falls on us to facilitate and prioritize what's most important. But they've done a great job supporting as we evolved and are bringing on new team members to work directly with them.
