We've worked with Candybox CRM since our seed stage, and have continued working with them to today (Series B). Throughout the way, Candybox has been unrivaled in their partnership and adaptability, as well as scrappiness. We started with very basic CRM needs, and were able to gradually build it towards an increasingly complex system.

Candybox is amazing across the different tools we use - Salesforce is our primary CRM, but we also use Hubspot, and a ton of related integrations. We've included Candybox in their implementations, partnered with them as thought partners, and leaned on them for implementation help.

Mark and Tony, in particular, have been super responsive, prompt, and thoughtful. They monitor our CRM proactively, and are able to stay on top of any issue that occurs. Would strongly recommend them for any company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?

The are incredibly practical and not only understand Salesforce capabilities but know why and when certain capabilities or processes should be implemented for a specific use case. Starting from scratch with 3 unique companies and processes meant there were often a multitude of different ways we could solve each individual problem, but they were very helpful in helping us hone in on the right approach for each individual problem while keeping the bigger picture in mind. We were introduced to Candybox by the Crossbeam team when we were in the early stages of operationalizing our partner data. Dylan provided us with a practical solution to our problems, documented in simple two-page brief. We implemented with ease and began our regular engagement with Candybox on operational topics of all sizes. During the 1+ years we worked together, they helped us design our "Support Request" process, stand up our forecasting infrastructure, and enhance our security & governance in Salesforce.

The single biggest topic we addressed with the assistance of Dylan and Ryan was the overhaul of our contracting process. They steered us away from outsized, impactical solutions (that probably would have been more profitable for them!). And they transformed our rudimentary contracting "process" in Google Docs, an outdated Docusign integration, and a complex integration with a Salesforce-native subscription management tool into something 1) far more sophisticated yet 2) easily manageable in-house. Look to the work we did together at Mural allow that serve a blueprint for similar clients. I am not always the easiest person to work with and if Candybox can manage my neuroses regarding Salesforce development I know they can handle just about anything for any client of any shape and size. When I began my work at Mural in August of 2020 I inheririted a salesforce enviroment that had seen significant development in an extremely short span of time that had been intended to support what realiasticly was unsustainable hyper growth. In the few short months prior to my taking over the org the user based had quadrupled and the business had employed the services of other consluting partners that had implemented an admittedly impressive amount of configuration however the end result was more short sighted than anything else. I engaged with Candybox early on in my time at Mural before I saw to hiring a full team of systems analysts and other staff. Their work was critical to my early success there. They began by providing a comphrehsive audit of our org which provided with the critical roadmap items we needed to right-size the enviroment and prepare it for additional growth over the next several years. As my role and my team evovled over time so did our relationship with Candybox. Towrads the end of my time working at Mural and with the CB team we have fully integrated them into our development workflows and often looked to them to supercharge our architecting prowress whenever the demands of the business grew too much for our small but nible and talented internal team. We were able to see through to completion significantly more complex projects with the support of Candybox. They operated with the utmost professionalisam and excellence. Most importantly they adapated their workflows (within reason) to meet us where we were at from project to project. While working at Mural, we had made an acquisition that greatly expanded our product offerings and significantly elevated the complexity of product pricing and configuration within our Salesforce org. To seamlessly incorporate these new offerings and empower our sales team to configure products on Opportunities and Quotes using the new pricing model, we enlisted the expertise of CandyBox.

While we had previously relied on standard Salesforce functionality for adding Products, including Salesforce Products and Price Books, we encountered new requirements for quantity-based price tiers and percent of total calculations that exceeded the capabilities of the existing model. We didn't feel that we were quite ready for CPQ, so additionally we sought user interface enhancements and the implementation of a "Configure Products" Salesforce flow.

The CandyBox team proved to be exceptional throughout this project, as well as other projects I'd worked with them on. Despite frequently changing requirements and tight deadlines, their depth of understanding of our system and business allowed them to take the project in stride with remarkable composure and precision. They consistently surprised us with valuable suggestions and innovative solutions, truly serving as trusted consultants to our business throughout the process. When it came time to deploy the changes to production, they delivered neatly organized change sets in numerical order, resulting in the smoothest deployment experience we've had.

Having collaborated with CandyBox on multiple projects, I consistently witnessed their commitment to excellence and expertise. I have since moved on from Mural, however I look forward to partnering with CandyBox again in the future as I know first-hand what an integral extension of an in-house team they can be.
