What do you like best about Candidately?

There are 3 things that Kinsa Group has come to appreciate and value from our Candidately usage:

1. Professional, branded .pdf of Candidate cover sheet to accompany a submitted resume, whose content is mapped DIRECTLY from fields already filled in inside our DATABASE! (Great integration!)

2. Immediate visibility into whether or not our Client has viewed the candidate submission, so we know how and when to follow up.

3. The assistance from AI to write a customized Recruiter note to go on the cover sheet based on the candidate's resume and the job description the candidate is being submitted for, and the ease of insertion right into that .pdf (with the ability to edit or tweak with personal notes from an interview.) What do you dislike about Candidately?

It would be great if the .pdf created and submitted to a client could be automatically downloaded/exported and attached to the Candidate profile (files tab), without an extra manual step, so that the content is visible to anyone right within our existing database if needed. What do you like best about Candidately?

Candiately is easy to use and navigate. It keeps candidate information clean and it's simple to click through profiles. I've had zero issues logging in quickly and I apprecaite having the notes and resume on one screen. Their client support team is outstanding. What do you like best about Candidately?

Having a platform where all job order conversations, declines and interview requests are in one place and easy to navigate has allowed out staffing specialists to assist our clients quicker and more efficiently. Being able to see when the candidates are viewed by clinets makes follow up more successful. The customer service team at candidate.ly is extremely helpful ad htey move QUICK with any issues that arise and answer all questions thoroughly. The implementation process was quick and it integrates nicely with Bullhorn. My team and I live inside candidate.ly daily! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Candidately?

The fact that we can only upload one candidate at a time from bullhorn was something to get used to but it allows us to focus on the profile one at a time. if this feature could be updated it would make things even quicker, but it is not a deal breaker! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Candidately?

Love the customization, the speed that you can work at once it's all set up and the support has been quick and top knotch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Candidately?

There are some features which are fixed and cannot be edited in or out such as the original approval options (Request interview etc). THe Marketing list feature does not include an option to approve or create custome approval fields which I think could be amended.

There is not a function to update a candidate field in the candidate appearance section and then refresh for all your candidates on a list to have the new template show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Candidately?

Gal and Gustavo have been such a great help to us in onboarding their product! The attention to our questions and the understanding of where those questions are coming from is very appreciated. They are even proactive at looking at our settings and seeing where they think things can be tweaked to our benefit. The product is just being launched for us right now but it's sure to be a hit with our hiring managers! What do you like best about Candidately?

We are trying to ensure our users are using Bullhorn, and this tool is integrated within Bullhorn, which is amazing!

We love the customization of the cards, the profiles, and the overall look and feel of the tool.
