Our team has been using CANDDi software for a couple of months now, and we are very happy with the service. It offers a great set of features to identify visitors to our website, whether by company or by fully identifying the individual. The Marketing and Sales teams are particularly pleased with these capabilities.
It was also very easy to set up and to train new employees to use it, which we appreciate. Additionally, the support has always been top-notch, and we think the quality-to-price ratio is brilliant. We had a blog post recently that went viral and exceeded our expectations in the surge of traffic that our blog received. Canddi was loading a bit slow during that week, but I'm not surprised, nobody in our team expected that kind of traffic on our blog anyway. Canddi has significantly improved our ability to gather insights on website tracking and email marketing performance. The customer support from Canddi has been top-notch. He’s even joined multiple calls with team members at Mitigo, always explaining the product in detail and sharing valuable insights based on his experience with other clients.
Thanks to Lewis’ professionalism and guidance, we’ve been able to integrate Canddi into our Salesforce workflow, using it to create intent list views. It’s now an essential part of our process for filtering high-intent leads to our BDRs, helping to drive more appointments and conversions.

Since integrating CANDDi into our marketing strategy, we've seen significant improvements in visibility and overall performance. While CANDDi has been a valuable tool for lead generation, there are a few areas where we feel it could improve. The volume of data provided can feel overwhelming at times, making it difficult to sift through and focus on the most relevant information. Really useful to see who is interacting with my emails and the site in general. Enables me to pounce on prospects at an early stage of interest. Makes following up so much easier and gives me a real insight into what in particular is interesting a prospect. Canddi is mostly easy to use. When I need help, the support I receive is excellent and this is really important to me because I am not a technical person. if I have any issue I can get in touch immediately and things are always resolved really quickly. Lewis in particular always responds to my questions and is so helpful in explaining things, very patiently, to me. The easy help you can get from the support team, I started the business at the beginning of the year and Lewis K has helped me understandng the use of Canddi and all the benefits our business can gain from it. He has also been there to answer any random questions I have very quickly, his explanations have also made it easy for me to explain to my colleagues answers to questions they have about Canddi.

CANDDI allows us to see what our customers are looking at online, giving us the opportunity to support them further in their search for the right solution. Even though we've been told that CANDDi uses companies house for addresses, we often find opportunities are missed when the address CANDDi provides aren't the same as the company house. Sometimes the information about the visitor isn't always accurate unfortunately. Bots can also slip through sometimes when they should be in the exclude stream. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot say I have experienced a downside to using Canddi, once our clients see the benefits in real-time sales follow-ups, rather than Google Analytic/numeric reporting alone they are brought into the obvious benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We get to see wherever possible the actual name of a person or company who has visited our website. We also get insights on whether they have come via google ads or SEO. They have very good customer support and when I had a query they video called me and walked me through what I needed to know.
