Our team has been using CANDDi software for a couple of months now, and we are very happy with the service. It offers a great set of features to identify visitors to our website, whether by company or by fully identifying the individual. The Marketing and Sales teams are particularly pleased with these capabilities.

We had a blog post recently that went viral and exceeded our expectations in the surge of traffic that our blog received. Canddi was loading a bit slow during that week, but I'm not surprised, nobody in our team expected that kind of traffic on our blog anyway. I like that CANDDI allows me to identify who visited our website. Many trackers we've used in the passed stop at company level which is useful but when companies are big, with potentially 100s of employees based all over the world it doesn't help us connect with those people. The tracking extensions are often very big and clunky, and if someone leaves a long enquiry on our website it only records the first section as there's a character limit. It would be so much better if the whole enquiry was recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
