What do you like best about Canary Mail?

Canary mail is easy to use with all kind of email accounts. It has all the bells and whistles of modern email clients. It is also very easy to setup encryption, which is a task difficult on may email clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

Canary mail began to use Ai to help you write the right email, but it still not use it to help you navigating your inbox. I am sure that this will come soon.

This is really the only feature that I am lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canary has good management of the email flow. It manages the signature well ( I have many to use depending on which account I am using).

It allows us to have a good grasp on the privacy of specific messages by encrypting them.

The lack of sending later features ( due to privacy considerations) is a little price to pay for the remaining features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canary Mail?

Secure sending as well as tracking, AI and smart sorting all make Canary Mail a time saving app. It's the type of thing you didn't know you needed but then can do without. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

Occassionally I feel the memory footprint of Canary is larger than it should be compared to other apps I have tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consolidated inboxes is very important these days. I am using the AI more and more to summarise emails too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canary Mail?

It masterfully melds simplicity on the front end with robust complexities on the back end. What sets it apart is its AI-driven ability to summarize long-winded emails, streamlining my reading process, and even crafting responses for me. Originally, I only planned to migrate one email account to Canary, but after experiencing its prowess, I am in the process of switching all eight of my accounts.

The functionality, the effortless interface, and the swift customer support are simply unparalleled. I'm hard-pressed to find any negatives about this software. If you're on the fence about trying Canary Mail, I wholeheartedly recommend taking the plunge. It's been a game-changer for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

When it comes to Canary Mail, I genuinely struggle to pinpoint any dislikes. The software has consistently met and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From its functionality to customer support, everything has been top-notch. It's a rare occurrence for me not to have even a minor gripe with software, but Canary Mail has achieved just that. I have nothing but praise for this email suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canary Mail addresses several challenges I faced with email management. First, with multiple email accounts and a considerable influx of messages, it became overwhelming. Canary's AI summarization has been a game-changer, allowing me to quickly grasp the content of lengthy emails without sifting through every word. This feature alone has dramatically reduced the time I spend processing my emails.

Moreover, managing eight different email accounts could easily become a daunting task. However, Canary Mail's intuitive interface and seamless experience have convinced me to migrate all my accounts onto its platform. This consolidation not only streamlines my workflow but also reduces the chances of missing crucial emails spread across different inboxes.

Additionally, while I hadn’t explicitly brought it up earlier, I appreciate Canary Mail’s commitment to security through its end-to-end encryption. It gives me peace of mind, knowing that my communications remain private.

Above all, the simplicity of Canary Mail’s front-end, despite the sophisticated processes occurring behind the scenes, stands out. The platform doesn't just store my emails; it enhances my overall email management experience. Plus, their prompt customer support ensures that I can address any concerns immediately, adding to the platform's overall efficiency.

In a nutshell, Canary Mail has revolutionized how I handle my emails, offering a blend of efficiency, simplicity, and security that I hadn't experienced with other platforms." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canary Mail?

I've been enjoying Canary a lot. It allows me to view multiple email accounts in one timeline. The search functionality is robust and includes a helpful list of recent searches. With the ability to view people's profiles, including recent emails and attachments, communication becomes more focused and personalized. The app offers multiple signatures and email templates, along with the ability to add GPG enc/dec keys. Dark mode is implemented exceptionally well, providing visual comfort. While I haven't explored the Co-pilot features yet, they appear promising. Overall, Canary Mail offers a seamless and satisfying experience that caters to a wide range of needs, and I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

While Canary impresses with a host of features, my primary concern lies with the privacy aspect, particularly with functionalities like Co-pilot. The potential for personal data to leave my MacBook raises some apprehensions. While I appreciate the innovation behind such features, a clear understanding and assurance of how the data is handled would ease any lingering worries. It's a minor concern in an otherwise fantastic product, but one that I believe is worth addressing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canary helps me manage multiple email accounts by unifying them into a single timeline. This has been a tremendous benefit to me, both for personal and business use, as it streamlines the process of tracking and responding to emails. By consolidating everything in one place, I can maintain organization and efficiency without having to switch between different platforms or apps. Additionally, the snooze feature in Canary has proven to be particularly helpful. Whether it's an email that requires more thought or one that needs a response at a later time, the ability to snooze emails ensures that I never miss an important email or deadline. It acts as a gentle nudge to revisit emails and contributes to a more productive email management routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canary Mail?

I kept looking for emails, I tired spark and a couple of others. Apples native mail app was good but not good enough as canary, the simplicity and the AI made me love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

The ability to not be able to add calendar invites to your calendar. The native mail app on Mac easily suggests an event which can be added to your mail quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Drafting mails and my ability to easily keep track of all emails that I receive. Makes it more simple for me to be able to refer to important mails I have received Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canary Mail?

Canary helps me prioritize and schedule my email better than most email apps and the fact that it offers full Mac, iOS & iPadOS support is key to my usage...every other cross-platform option I have tried has been lacking in some way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

It is occasionally struggling to display some gmail emails but their customer support to address this has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love the read receipts functions that let me see when clients ares reading their emails...as that gives me insight to their urgency and responsiveness. Also favoriting my clients helps me bring focus to them...so I don't miss replies. Pinning and snoozing also work well to manage time sensitive emails...and both work flawlessly. What do you like best about Canary Mail?

I had been using Spark but had been bored waiting every time I closed the program for it to do whatever it needed to do. I like seeing avatars attached to my emails, so Apple's program is not for me. So I tried Canary Mail and was immediately really impressed. The search works better and quicker than Spark (and only slightly slower than Apple Mail) and the interface is almost perfect once customised.

I have twelve separate accounts which, once added to my Mac, then migrated to my iPad and iPhone with no further effort from me. A huge time saver! I have invested in the Lifetime Mac and iOS bundle, which tells you I have every intention of sticking with Canary Mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

There's nothing much to dislike about the app. I'd like to be able to add a button to delete an open email on iOS (I can archive, pin and snooze, but I rarely use those features) and I can delete by click in on the More three dots, but I'd prefer to be able to customise the interface to suit me.

But that is a very minor 'dislike'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canary Mail is making my business and personal email easier to access - with a clean uncluttered interface, effective search features and time-saving account and settings syncing between all my devices. My iPhone, iPad, Mac and PCs are all linked, which makes my business and personal lives better, more streamlined and - yes - nicer looking. Is it shallow to want things to not only work well, but to look good whilst they are working well? If so, I'm shallow. And happy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canary Mail?

My favourite features are email encryption (this is an amazing feature), received and read notifications, and Autopilot.

Other apps do not offer similar features, and if they do, they usually cost lots of money which is not very budget efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

I don't like the tiny button to see which email address I use to receive certain emails because I use multiple accounts in the Canary app. Occasionally, it shows read email as unread. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a Cambridge Exam Officer in my school, and I often send confidential emails to students and other parties. Sometimes, I require recipients to reply immediately to my email, so I need to know whether they have received my emails. This is where email encryption and read notifications play important roles in fulfilling my daily task.

During busy hours, I occasionally have to reply to emails immediately, for example, to confirm some inquiries or reply to simple questions related to my job. Here, I usually use autopilot to answer the messages. If you don't believe me, try these features out :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canary Mail?

Easy Setup: Just a few clicks and I was good to go.

Top-Notch Security: The encryption feature makes me feel my emails are super safe.

User-Friendly Interface: Clean, intuitive, and everything's right where you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

Nothing stands out. It's been smooth sailing, and I'm genuinely loving the experience. Kudos to the team behind it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been using Canary Mail for a bit now, and it's been mostly smooth sailing. The app is snappy, and I love how it helps organize my chaotic inbox. The AI feature, Copilot, is fun to play around with. But hey, no app is perfect, right? If you're in the market for a new email client, I'd say give Canary a shot. It's been a reliable companion for my email needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canary Mail?

Buttons for spam, delete, attach, are all quick single taps. Communication with the app letting you know emails have been read and sent is innovative and appreciated. Didn't think I needed that but it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canary Mail?

I really can't think of any downsides, even when comparing it to other services. Maybe the only thing is that because it's not Microsoft or Google you don't have that automatic integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canary Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Other email apps are clunking in flagging things as spam and can be over complicated with options. Canary has all the same options, but somehow the layout and shortcuts just work better. The screen almost seems bigger when using Canary because of their layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
