It has been tough to find a mail application that combines all of my favorite options into one I've been using three different types of programs to be able to securely encrypt messages, to snooze messages, to sort them in a special way, and have a unified inbox. And all of these things are included in Canary Mail. It was especially important to me that it was easy to sign messages and encrypt/decrypt messages and Canary Mail handles that perfectly. It implements the PGP signature is very easily. And the integration has been incredibly easy into my workflow. I must use this app on all of my devices every day without any thought about it. Their customer support has been excellent to when I ever had a question they have answered quickly and with great informaiton. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Could be a little more polished with possible settings for how the UI presents itself on the screen, like font or color changes in the window. But that's just a super minor thing that would be nice to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to have multiple accounts listed under one user account, and to have all settings preferences synced between devices upon login. Integrates seamlessly with email providers. Easy to setup, albeit a non-issue for me. The dev team is very open to feedback and implements changes/bug fixes promptly. Been an avid user for years, and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. N/A... honestly. Any qualms I had over time have been fixed swiftly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Canary Mail is exactly what i want it to be. Although it advertises itself as an AI superpowered email client, it also doesnt force you to use those features. It's a solid email client that does the basics nearly perfectly, which most clients don't. Most clients try and sell you on their innovation but cant get the basics right; Canary is not like the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing i can even slightly moan about is folder organisation. Like Spark it makes you create new folders in the depths of account settings, instead of the sidebar; and if your old school like me it can be a bit of a faff to move your email to the right folder. That being said, its by no means a dealbreaker. It gets everything else right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI is phenomenal! I love that Canary can help me triage my inbox, write positive and/or negative responses and even summarize my emails.
I was using SuperHuman and, after a short learning curve, it was awesome! And then.... I found Canary. It does almost everything SH does but also does it on my iPhone and Boox Tab Ultra C so I'm always up to date no matter what I'm using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I really miss about using Cloze.com is their incredibly accurate read receipts. I knew who opened my email (if I sent to mulitple people), I know where they opened it, on what device and even if they clicked on a link I embeded or if they downloaded an attached document.
I hope Canary will consider adding more of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI features are genius. I mean, AI is obviously a hot trend that everyone is jumping on right now. But Canary's AI actually feels like it's this little robot VA in my phone handling my emails for me. It writes emails, surfaces important emails, and deletes stuff I don't need to respond to. Basically everything I would pay a VA to do for me. If only it could handle my social media too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI could be more intuitive. They sent out an email awhile back talking about features I had never come across in the app. I had to go digging to find them and try them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Canary Mail's AI mail reply feature is a game-changer. I'm a doctor by profession and trust me when I say I get a lot of mails from patients with queries. Some times it take time to respond to all mails. Canary mail learns from your communication patterns, suggesting responses that are relevant, precise, save time and maintain your personal style. It respects your privacy and offers efficiency without sacrificing authenticity. Experience the future of email with Canary Mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, I am overwhelmed and loving the experience of using this app. I'm yet to find anything that I dislike about this app. Will update if I find anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Canary offers all the functions that I'm looking for in terms of email management. My email management need is from a blend of professional full-time work, part-time advising/freelance work, and personal life. It helps me organize all my emails coming from multiple accounts well and keep me stay on top of my communication facing various shareholders. The platform is extremely intuitive to use and syncs fast across multiple devices. Its beautiful and native to Apple UI also suits my need of looking for a platform that is aesthically pleasing. I wouldn't say this is something I dislike about Canary, but there are certain features I didn't find super helpful based on my current need, and I'm still ramping up on the AI feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI fetaures add so much value that other email software is missing. I love the AI summary which help tons when working with bigger teams and big email threads. Also Copilot gives a super quick and nice overview over emails, task and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The apps design is great as it but it could get some modern touch ups and improvements. Copilot is sometimes annoying to use as you always have to start over after finishing one task with it. Which is kinda not the point of less working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
