What is Campspot?

It’s 2015 and a group of campground owners (spoiler alert—it was us) noticed a problem. Nearly half the campgrounds across the United States were not accepting online reservations. Determined to help campground owners modernize and operate their parks more efficiently, we started an online reservation software and before we knew it—thousands of campgrounds across North America were trusting us to help them grow their businesses and deliver campers the highest quality booking experience. Today, Campspot is proud to power over 2,500 private campgrounds across North America. As the preferred reservation management platform in the campground industry with industry leading recognition like the 2022 ARVC Supplier of the Year Award and the 2022 American Glamping Award, we’re committed to creating and providing value to campground owners and operators.

I get customer complaints that it's difficult to enter promo codes. Sometimes the help line can be hit or miss, although it's 80% good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Campspot?

What do you dislike about Campspot?

There are some basic features that are not available through CS that one would think would be. Improving one on one guest contact one be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Campspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform allows lodgins and point of sale to be in one system. This combination is extremely helpful. The ability to allow a guest to "charge" to their account during their stay is beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
