**What do you like best about Omnify?**

What I like best about Omnify is its user-friendly interface and the way it streamlines scheduling, bookings, and payments. It saves a lot of time by keeping everything organized in one place, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful.

What I dislike about Omnify is that some customization options feel limited, especially when trying to tailor the booking pages or reports to specific needs. Occasionally, the system can be a bit slow or requires a few extra steps to complete certain tasks. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall convenience it provides.

**What problems is Omnify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnify is solving the problem of managing bookings, schedules, and client communications in one place. Instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets or apps, everything—from class registrations to payments—is streamlined through a single platform. This has saved us time, reduced administrative errors, and improved our customers’ experience by making it easier for them to book and stay updated.

**What do you like best about Omnify?**

I’ve been searching for the right software that helps to manage a kids’ activity business for a while, but most of the options I tried just didn’t cut it. I did try out Omnify few years back but recently when I checked again, I was genuinely impressed with how much the platform has improved.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

Nothing as such, overall it did the work I wanted. Though there is a bit of a learning curve which is required to use the product at first, later it gets fine.

**What problems is Omnify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Omnify, managing schedules, registrations, and payments has become easy. The platform brings everything together beautifully, reducing manual work and improving overall organization. It’s been a good tool for our camp management.

I appreciate Omnify's fast and easy-to-understand support. I also like the layout of options they offer. It's great that they always have new updates and features coming out. The initial setup was great, and the onboarding was smooth.

I would say probably just more layout choices, a larger variety.

I use Omnify for managing memberships and classes at our makerspace. It handles recurring memberships, class bookings, and provides a Point of Sale setup.

Omnify is helping my organization build a managable, customized memebership management program.  I like that its user friendly and adaptable to our unique needs. The customer service has been top notch!  We are still in the onboarding phase and Aditya and his collegues have been easily accessible and super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

For our particular needs we are having to adjust Omnify to fit a student orchestra organization, so changing the terminlogy has been useful, but it isn't consistent throughout the program. It would also be helpful if we could make appointments for students from the parent's account.

Omnify is helping us schedule appointments with our clients, manage memberships, receive funds, and commnicate with our members.

I encountered a few technical issues with the platform that took a bit longer to resolve than anticipated. However, the ongoing updates and improvements are promising, and I'm really excited to see the final product once it goes live.

Omnify is an easy-to-set-up solution that’s quick to understand. It is both comprehensive and flexible, making it suitable for a wide range of use cases.

A standout feature for us is the ability for users to book multiple appointments within the same transaction—a capability that is rare among booking solutions.

The customer success team has been exceptional, providing detailed explanations of the solution’s features and dedicating valuable time to demonstrating how to tailor the tool to our specific needs (shuttle booking in our case). Their support has been instrumental in getting us up and running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

One limitation of Omnify is the lack of native multi-language support for displaying the user experience in multiple languages simultaneously. While this can be addressed through integrations, having this functionality built-in would be a significant enhancement.

**What do you like best about Omnify?**

The other reviews aren't kidding--  Omnify customer service is better than any other. I am building a unique nonprofit completely from scratch and Omnify has been a true partner in the process. 

I also really appreciate the intuitive UX-- both on the back end and the customer side. Of course there a few quirks I wish weren't there, but compared to other software I've been subjected to, this is great.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

There is definitely some functionality that I would assume to already exist or at least be better developed--but it also seems like they really listen to their users and thus far I've seen a number of new upgrades come through that give me the confidence that this is a platform that pays attention and has goals. 

So I'm gonna keep being patient on my wishlist. :)

**What problems is Omnify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a flexible-use, non-profit community center. A barrier-free "third space" where people can hang out, attend programs and events, and rent our facilities for meetings, film shoots, birthdays, etc... 

So, the fact that Omnify can manage alllll of those functions for us is huge. Most non-profit CRMs only have a couple of those functions, so we are able to save money by keeping the bulk of our needs within one platform, then zapping our clients over to a more streamlined fundraising and communications platform for all the nonprofit stuff.

Omnify has an unbelievable staff. They have multiple people to help you through every step from purchasing to going live. They were responsive and knowldgeable.

Omnify checked every box that I needed with only one draw back which was an actual interface question that just simply did not exist.

I love the instant chat feature, where you can quickly get in touch with a real human to rectify my problem. Nowadays, it's a must as we need to get everything fixed quickly. Sandy from Omnify was very responsive to my needs, and solved my problem within an hour. Amazing!

I haven't got much chance to use this app, but I'm sure I'll be able to use this more aggressively soon as I scale up my business this year.

The ease of adding schedules and packages. The clear interface of the website makes it user friendly for the clients and patients as well. The pricing and customer support is best compared to other competitors.

None. Have not come across any problems..Whatever problems I have faced has been addressed to by the CS. I would like the omnify app to have an easy attendance marking option for each of my patients or number of days session each have attended to be visible to me and the patients too. Omnify app for patient use if possible can be considered ( they take month long packages so they can use it for that long).

Omnify surprised me with their generosity and fantastic customer service. In this day and age where most things are run by robots it's wonderful to find a company who works with humans! As a new mother, finding my footing and getting back to work has been a challenge (especially after a Ovid). The customer service team came alongside me and helped me figure out solutions with their care. I'm so incredibly grateful. Fantastic customer support!

**What do you like best about Omnify?**

It is very user-friendly. Their UI is the best. All the essential features that should be there on a booking platform are present. Their team has made the booking flow so simple and practical, and I have not received any complaints from my clients. They keep working on the software to add more features like they just revamped their service creation page and it made things so much easier, easier than how it already was. They also have an app that makes it easier for me to mark attendance.

A little more customization and discount on the top plans would be helpful. They do give out special discounts when you reach out to the support team.

**What problems is Omnify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps me keep track of all my numbers and clients from a single dashboard. I have stopped opening 10 different sheets at once to manage my business. I can also accept payments very easily by integrating a payment gateway. I can also integrate multiple zoom accounts, which makes it easy for my entire team to conduct online classes.

**What do you like best about Omnify?**

I like best about Omnify is the customer service team's quick to respond and happy to help in any way. They make suggestions and create a really friendly customer service experience. We made some suggestions for our customer interface  and the Omnify team responded immediately with great suggestions and even created some customizations especially for us. I am grateful for this team and their responsiveness. I also like the filter capabilities that allows our customers to define exactly what they are looking for. We target a specific audience in our area and this has been helpful for their  UX.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

Because we run many types of programs, we needed more event/class customizations and messaging customization for our programs. For example, we have adult and children's classes, we need two different kinds of sign up and registration emails for each one. Additionally, since we are a non-profit, we needed some adjustments for payments.

**What problems is Omnify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform to schedule classes, collect payment, and communicate various messages (welcome, sign up, choices, time changes, consent forms, data collection) and Omnify fulfills that need.

**What do you like best about Omnify?**

Customer service is great! We get responses almost immediately from staff members. It is easy to set up events and classes on the backend. The filters in the service store are very useful from a customers standpoint. For our budget, this is well worth the money. A very reasonable price for the product you get. It has solved a big problem for us by allowing the ease of having all of our programming sign-ups in the same place.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

There are sometimes glitches in the system where we can't log in or the page is down. A few specific issues we have run into: 1. The payment processor options are limited, and our customers complain about having to use Paypal. 2. Refunds are not automatic and still have to be done manually, which is a big hassle on our end. 3. It is confusing whether someone has abandoned a booking or canceled, and we can't tell how or why that happened. 4.  Customers have complained that it is annoying that they have to fill out form questions over and over and it isn't saved for returning customers.

**What problems is Omnify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a service where we could have kids classes, adult classes and events in the same platform. We are able to have sign-ups, scheduling, roster management, client management, data and analytics on our attendance and profit margins from things all on the same software. It is a great resource and has been very helpful for this purpose.

We are able to manage our huddle calls with different services/programs and segments of our community. We have been using Omnify for more than 4 years now and we are satisfied with the solution it has given to our needs.

It would be awesome if calendar management can also be part of the service.

Communication with our leads and customers especially with our different huddle calls. We offer different calls for the different situations of our leads and customers. Not every call is required so it communicates to us who is attending the calls which are valuable.

Some options when you create a class or classpack needs more cleafication, adding an advertising tool will help as well, like the new classes will be send automately to all member, new announcement to be send to phone numbers or email automatically

Omnify is user-friendly for both our customers and our Admin team.  Omnify team is available, professional and hard-working. They also are open to adding features to their pipeline when it's possible if it's critical for your business.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

There are a few basic features that are missing. For example, there is no cart management and no easy way to filter out sold-out courses for the customer. That being said, Omnify is open to suggestions and attentive to our feedback. It looks more like a partnership than a supplier/customer relationship.

Omnify is helping us better manage our classes. We got fewer requests from our customers than we had before. In addition, features such as the Waitlist help to fill in our classes.

**What do you like best about Omnify?**

Omnify was easy to get setup with the help of the support team.  They help walk you through not just how to use it but also will do a lot of the initial customization for you.  After using the system for a few days it becomes very easy to use and begin customizing on your own.  Not all the customization we wanted was a standard feature but with a little creativity we were able to make the system work exactly how we needed it to.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

The reports could use a little more developing.  There are limited things you can report on and export to Excel.  When you do export it usually takes a while.

**What problems is Omnify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a temporary project that involved scheduling classes for 5,000+ members and we were able to get it up and running quickly.  It was a great solution for the timeframe and budget we were on.

They have helped us design a unique registration system for our organization's large annual event. There isn't another system or company that we've found that has a product that meets our needs or is cost-effective. Luckily, I found Omnify and they have worked closely with us to design a custom system that works for us. They have been very responsive to questions and feedback and have tweaked and added features along the way to make our and our registrants' experience as easy and as intuitive as possible. Thanks to our excellent experience with them this year, we are excited to use their system again for our 2023 festival.

The ability to sign up for a class without having to create a login id.

The whole calendar setup is poorly suited to scheduling classes once a week or twice a month. Filtering bookings is impossible in a maker space where we have individual shops. Several of my co-users and I have experienced 505 errors when trying to access the application.

None, really. We hoped it would, but it did not.

Omnify is the most straightforward process I have ever used to set up a registration process. I highly recommend it for those who want a more accessible experience using the backend of setting up a summer camp registration.

I do not like that you have to pay for the premium version only to attain small additional features that should be included in the starter plan, especially if you are paying for the software annually. Maybe not if it is monthly, but I'm already investing a lot of money into the software, so why not just give those small additional features.

I love the way that it's built. It has considered even the most minor annoying things that other scheduling software miss. After evaluating 6 or 7 scheduling software, their UI is the best. They don't give you a calendar and a book button. They give you a practical website with an exceptional booking flow.

Using their website has their branding available on the higher plan, but you can talk to your AM, and they will dish out a reasonable discount.

I loved that they were available whenever I needed help, and working as a volunteer in our community pool, they made my job so much easier. Also, Ashrith was there for my onboarding, and then was there to help me every step of the way, from teaching me how to use the software to our advantage to showing me more features I didn't know about. Any issue I had, Omnify helped us and was available 24hrs a day for customer support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any small business/community entity needing software like this.

The only thing I didn't like was a feature we needed earlier in the year only came online one month after, but in the end, it was great.

**Recommendations to others considering Omnify:**

Even if you are not sure if you will use the product, contact them. They are kind, helpful, and so accommodating.

We solved our contact tracing with our members during COVID to control our government-regulated numbers.  The system also allowed us to offer more flexibility when rules became more relaxed, and the staff was able to check-in and checkout members far more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Omnify?**

Omnify is a perfect booking software for my small business. They have booking solutions for businesses of every size, so you can tell that they really want to meet business needs at a variety of different scales. As a solopreneur, I love their affordable "solopreneur plan" designed perfectly for small businesses like mine, with just the basics that I need to run my booking process smoothly — I love that I don't have to pay for features that I don't need! At the same time, I love knowing that as my business grows, I can upgrade with the click of a button and be sure the software will grow with my business too.

Also, the customer service is excellent, by the way. During one of my onboarding calls, I mentioned that I wanted a particular feature that the software didn't have. The specialist immediately forwarded my suggestions to the tech team, and later booked a call with them to discuss possibilities. They ultimately added the feature to the software for me! Unlike the other impersonal booking software companies that I've tried, with Omnify I can actually get help from a real live person anytime that I have questions or concerns.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

The only downside I can think of is that because the team is based internationally/remotely, it can sometimes be a challenge to find a time for a video call that works for everyone's time zones. However, I don't mind this too much since we always manage to work something out. Plus, part of the reason that the software is so affordable is because the team is remote — so I can't complain too much!

**Recommendations to others considering Omnify:**

Book a call ASAP to get a demo of everything Omnify has to offer! It's a much more comprehensive solution than it might appear to be.

I used Omnify to streamline my booking and expand into membership-style booking options to help cultivate a dedicated client base. I'm able to save a lot of time and headache with the ability to have all of my bookings in one place. Plus, I can track my income and booking data much more easily.

Simplicity of the platform & customer service. It's very straightforward to use. The team is great at getting on the call immediately and also replies very quickly on their chat feature. They listen to the needs of the business and provide the best solutions they have. If they don't have a feature, they allow you to speak with the product team to see if it's already in the pipeline.

Some features are currently being rolled out like a live feed of inactive customers available on the dashboard. They do have a limitation on the auto-pay feature in that you can't have it set for specific classpacks/membership. It's all or none.

It solves two key needs at the same time: scheduler, shopping cart.
Customer service was excellent at the beginning, but a couple of years later, they stopped helping.
Flexibility--my business changes, and Omnify could handle it all.

**What do you dislike about Omnify?**

Omnify isn't necessarily designed for a solo life coach, but it was flexible enough to meet my needs and then some for the first year or two. The real problem was after using it for a couple of years it started getting glitchy, but not in a way I could tell until it was too late and I missed out on sales. I did a weekend event with 15-minute slots. I reviewed the setup, and everything looked correct, but clients were being told there were no appts available. I checked my calendar, and it was empty. No conflict. When I contacted customer support for help, they promised to look into it but never got back to me. I followed up a couple of weeks later to let them know I was still waiting and...crickets. To this day, I have no idea how much money I lost from that weekend event that no one could sign up for. I couldn't afford to miss out on any more sales, so I moved to alternative payment and scheduling systems. I'm keeping it live for now as a backup until I'm completely moved.

**Recommendations to others considering Omnify:**

I don't know if they've improved their customer service since I stopped using the app, but beware. You could set up an offer and not realize that prospects are being turned away due to a glitch in the app. So double and triple-check that each service you create works from the buyers role. Again, I have no way of knowing how many sales I lost from that weekend event.

I'm a team of one. I love not having to worry about the back end for scheduling and shopping cart. I can focus on coaching. Their customer support was very responsive the first year or so, but then they let me down in a big way. It wasn't just that they didn't solve the problem. They didn't even seem to care about it. Never resolved to this day despite following up.

The customer service agents were nice. Not helpful but nice.

Clients had a hard time booking online. When trying to pay online they continually got error messages suggesting it wasn't safe to input their information. After multiple emails, instant messages, and calls with customer service the issues that were promised to be resolved were not. My clients didn't want to keep trying (Who could blame them? No one wants to jeopardize the security of their financial information) and started having me book them on my end. Then they started getting error messages on the invoices. This was explained to customer service multiple times over the course of two months with no resolution, only the promise that if I got on one more call with them they'd fix everything. Every time I would ask to cancel they'd say "we can get on a call and fix this issue". The amount of time I wasted on calls etc was unbelievable. A supervisor finally agreed to cancel the service. As I paid for the year in full, I explained that I didn't expect a refund for the two months I had the software (though it was completely useless) and that I only expected the refund to be for 10 months. The supervisor agreed and told me I'd receive an email once cancelation was complete. Just tonight I received that email. It stated that per my request the service was canceled but sadly they don't issue refunds!!! Absolutely unbelievable. $1200.00 for nothing. I'm actually furious. Don't do it. That's all I can say.

The Omnify team is accommodating. They go the extra mile for us answering our questions and trying to help us with our specific needs. The program setup was straightforward compared to other platforms.  The face of our store is also easy to design. As a not for profit, there are definitely parts of the platform we don't need, and I appreciate that our clients don't have to see those pieces.

Nothing yet. We are eager to try some of the more advanced features like online check-in.

During COVID, we've had to switch our business model from drop-in to registration. Omnify is providing an easy-to-use "plug and play" system where clients can find what they need easily while managing high outputs of email.
