What do you dislike about CallTower?

Not a knock on CallTower necessarily - getting them on the same page with Procurement and Legal took a bit longer than I would have liked. Perhaps I'd suggest a tighter process in expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CallTower:

If your business needs a better security profile and/or wants to eliminate unnecessary landline equipment, this is an excellent service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallTower solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cumbersome, expensive landline equipment that we don't need will be a thing of the past. Also since we're aligned via our main IT vendor we have greater accountability and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallTower?

I really enjoyed the Project Management Dashboard that our CallTower PM worked with us on and the effective and prompt communication. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility when needing to set up calls to gain more clarification on specific processes and required information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallTower?

There weren't necessarily any dislikes or downsides that I came across during the process of setting up our company's VoIP numbers and Auto Attendant. Once we had the required information from our side to complete the Onboarding documents/spreadsheet, things were smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CallTower solving and how is that benefiting you?

CallTower has assisted us in setting up our very first iteration of Business Phone lines and Auto Attendant to help support us in better company communications.

We encountered an issue with our port, and to our surprise, the implementation manager personally called us on a Sunday to resolve the issue. What do you like best about CallTower?

What do you dislike about CallTower?

It seems like most of the times we have an issues related to Microsoft, the tech supports Googles answers and send us link to steps on how to correct the uissue. I can Google for myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, there is nothing they are really providing that I could nto get at another company. I wish Call Tower had better technical support, as one of the reason we went with them was that they stated they had tech support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallTower?

What do you like best about CallTower?

They were helpful only until the point that a contract was signed. No support afterwards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallTower?

They are entirely unhelpful when the service does not perform as expected. We signed up for Microsoft Teams with Operator Connect. Our audio has significant latency, causing us to talk over our customers - which obviously leads to frustration on both ends. CallTower ran some basic tests and said nothing was wrong and if we want any more help it will be $200 per hour. When i inquired about switching to another service still with CallTower, i received no reply whatsoever. Long story short, they do NOT care about any problems that arise after the contract is signed. Once they've guaranteed they are getting paid, you do not matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
