I really enjoyed the Project Management Dashboard that our CallTower PM worked with us on and the effective and prompt communication. There weren't necessarily any dislikes or downsides that I came across during the process of setting up our company's VoIP numbers and Auto Attendant. Our experience with CallTower has been nothing short of excellent, especially during the implementation phase. We encountered an issue with our port, and to our surprise, the implementation manager personally called us on a Sunday to resolve the issue. This level of dedication and customer service is truly commendable and made a significant difference in our transition process. They are entirely unhelpful when the service does not perform as expected. We signed up for Microsoft Teams with Operator Connect. Our audio has significant latency, causing us to talk over our customers - which obviously leads to frustration on both ends. CallTower ran some basic tests and said nothing was wrong and if we want any more help it will be $200 per hour. When i inquired about switching to another service still with CallTower, i received no reply whatsoever. Long story short, they do NOT care about any problems that arise after the contract is signed.
