Callhub is very easy to navigate and understand, both the setting up campaign process and the calling and texting process. It also has great costumer support and agents who are very welcoming and supportive in your onboarding. I was able to easily use my integration tool with callhub to send automations like adding contacts into a list from different places into Callhub. I would like to see more onboarding videos available for all campaign paths and also for other user most and least used features. I would also like for the app to have the browser+phone+app feature available as many agents like to follow along in theur browsers as they use thir phone to make the calls.
