This tool has dramatically helped our attribution efforts. Being able to have all of our data in one place and the ability to configure our attribution settings in as many details as we are able to has given us the ability to gather further insights than we have had before.
The support we have received from Calibermind as well has been top notch. They are always open to chatting with us or setting up time to meet as we work through configuration settings and they have gone above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our abilities to use the product. I don't have much negative to say, I came into my organization with this tool already configured but it was apparent some changes needed to be made. There was a bit of a learning curve to get up to speed but the Calibermind teams support and assistance through that process left me in a position to be successful as a user of the platform! The tool is powerful, composable (tailored exactly to how you structure your data in your CRM, across your channels and your general GTM) and is an absolute must for anyone who is interested in having measurable ABM campaign output tied to revenue. I don't know how we lived without it because the minute we opened access to the Sales and BDR teams to have access to account journeys and a unified view into account activity by Sales territory, they got extremely excited and said that Marketing just gave them a Cadillac to drive compared to what they had to work with in other organizations. The Marketing Decisions Engine inside CaliberMind is beyond powerful and serves as our go to for all performance reporting and MarOps excellence (data hygiene, structure and campaign data formatting). The only downside I can think of is that it is not a managed package install in SFDC. But to be fair, I don't see that as a problem because all of our data flows in and out of SFDC (bi-directional integration is native and strong), and the log-in into this tool is super simple with SSO - I don't hear complains from anyone that they have to access yet another platform. CaliberMind is proving what I always knew: my campaigns are much more effective than my Salesforce dashboard for attribution would lead me to believe. Its ability to find those touches not correctly tied to a deal are giving me the ability to justify my spend, accurately calculate ROI and ROAS, and ultimately demonstrate a clearer picture of my overall performance.
The fact that it engages directly with Salesforce is fantastic. It completely eliminates the manual work of searching through an account to find that one MQL that slipped. It's easy to use with clear filters (though I'd appreciate a more accurate search function) and has now become a piece of our regular workflow process to help track campaign performance. I've used it every day since it was introduced to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CaliberMind is incredibly thorough, which in some cases means that it is finding connections to leads that aren't actually qualified by our internal model's parameters. It also does not understand that any opp greater than one year old cannot receive attribution (even in long sell cycle deals), so the initial Missing Attribution reports tend to create a larger attribution pool than ultimately is due. The attribution models are easy to customize and help prioritize high-intent prospects, which is essential when juggling large contact lists. It also integrates well with CRMs, reducing time spent on manual data entry and improving pipeline accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When opening Salesforce from Caliber Mind, the people/contact view will make me re-authenticate every tab new SF page, now I need to navigate between screens when finding contacts in between applications. Other than that, (Might not even be a caliber mind issue) It has been a fantastic tool so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate how insightful CaliberMind is and how effectively it organizes the sales pipeline, providing a clear understanding of the client journey from initial contact to the final step of purchasing the product. It gives us a deep understanding of where drop-offs occur and helps identify opportunities to improve performance in those gray areas. CaliberMind guides us in determining where to allocate budgets more strategically and supports sales teams in focusing on actions that drive greater pipeline growth and success. The UX remains somewhat confusing, particularly when it comes to the filters. I also wish there were an option to compare different time periods and specific areas within the same report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Calibermind is capable of consuming large amounts of data to provide more clarity into your sales and marketing teams performance. The prebuilt dashboards and attribution models simplify the sea of data. The implementation team spent time to learn our business and understand how we measure attribution and ROI. I've used CaliberMind at mulitple companies and will continue to in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool is built for the analytics and operations teams mainly although we do have end users (executives, marketing and sales) using the data to inform how to engage with prospects. In order to maximize the utility of the newfound insights it would be great to have prebuilt signal and response system to enforce action of GTM teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how CaliberMind helped our company really figure out how to attribute our different marketing channels for each opportunity that comes in and in addition to using a multitude of models for said attribution, the fact that it's a one stop solution to figure out our ROI on each channel is extremely helpful for the entire marketing org. The report generation activity can be a bit repititive, especially when filtering out reports for different time periods, having something like a slicer for each month would add a lot to the usability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using CaliberMind's been pretty good so far – it’s decent at pulling together all our customer info from emails, website visits, and stuff, so we get a clearer view of what people are actually doing. Helps a lot with planning next steps without jumping around between tools. There’s the occasional hiccup, but overall, it’s been solid and a real time-saver. Would recommend if you need a simpler way to keep track of customer data! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, the main thing is it can be a bit glitchy sometimes – like data doesn’t always sync up perfectly, and we’ve had a few times where things felt kinda slow. The setup took longer than expected too, so it wasn't the smoothest start. Once it’s up and running, it works fine, but yeah, could def use some polishing up to make it a bit more user-friendly. CaliperMind has been a transformative tool my prospecting. The platform’s data-driven insights and analytics provides a clear understanding of who is interacting with our product.
One of the standout features is its seamless integration with our CRM, which has enhanced my workflow and made it easier to track the entire sales funnel. The user-friendly dashboard provides a clear overview of key metrics, which has helped me act fast. SPEED TO LEAD BABY.
The support team is also highly responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Overall, CaliperMind has proven to be an invaluable asset for our sales and marketing teams, and I highly recommend it to any organization looking to drive better alignment and results. The UI takes a little longer to load than I would like. Much faster than Salesforce though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use in supporting ROI and pipeline influence for marketing content and campaigns. It helps paint a tangible picture rather than have to rely on anecdotal evidence. I am easily able to report on pipeline influence by campaign, vertical, and timeframe, with the ability to drill down into each type for more detailed reporting and analysis. Plus, the reports are easy to read and distribute with management. This type of automation and detailed reporting saves me a significant amount of time in research and reporting. There is a bit of a learning curve to start when it comes to building reports and setting the filters up as desired, but overall, an excellent tool with actionable insights once you get comfortable. The more reports and filters built the easier it is to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
