I really like that the Cahoot platform is very intuitive and easy to use, which makes uploading products and shipping out one-time work orders outside of the normal 3PL platform simple. This feature saves me a lot of time in production, allowing me to rapidly check off orders and balance inventory. I like Cahoot’s support team the most. They were very helpful during onboarding and especially with our Orderful and Chewy Vendor Direct integration. The only solution I’ve come across that combines the best of distributed multi-warehouse shipping software with optional outsourced fulfillment services. We can ship from our two warehouses plus we can tap into Cahoot’s network of facilities to power affordable 1-day and 2-day delivery for all our DTC orders. The software just works and has reduced our headcount by TWO in our operations. Support is responsive and knowledgeable, and pretty quick. They don’t have facilities in China or anywhere in Asia. Software is also primarily for North America operations only. They do ship to all countries and international shipping is easy.
