What do you like best about C.A. Short Company?

Being able to send employees and colleagues encouraging e-cards is very motivational. Suppose you don't have time to go to the store and get a paper card.. it's ok! You can log in and quickly create an e-card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C.A. Short Company?

The CA Short platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate through. Our account rep, John, has been amazing throughout our entire time partnering with CA Short. Through the implementation process down to basic inquires since the program has been in effect he has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C.A. Short Company?

Speaking from a team member's point of view, the upcharge on the gift cards is disliked across the board. We understand the "real cash value", however it does deter team members away from the gift card prize. We actually removed them from ou program rewards altogether. What problems is C.A. Short Company solving and how is that benefiting you?

John has helped us numerous times with updating our program guidelines to best reward our team. He has also been great to explain any and all inquires we have had while navigating the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about C.A. Short Company?

The ease of using their service for our business needs and made my part much easier. The employees love receiving the gift booklets directly to their homes, and the selection is impressive!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C.A. Short Company?

The invoicing system could use some work, but it could honestly be the contract we have set up, and it is not difficult just time-consuming, and I don't think it is something to dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is C.A. Short Company solving and how is that benefiting you?

They completely took over our Service Award program, which frees up a lot of my time to take care of other things. They have really assisted our company and taken the worry out of my monthly duties. I like that the staff can receive e-cards in their emails and that they can select their gift from points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say I like the way the manager dashboard is; there should be links directly to send points to staff from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
