"Bullphish is the best"

What do you like best about BullPhish ID?

Bullphish is very innovative and easy to use for training and user awareness. Creating campaigns is easy and there a lot of features that improve user awareness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?

Bullphish is implementing new features. I need the landing page editing so that we can personalize these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BullPhish ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about BullPhish ID?

Simple to setup and schedule campaigns based on a customers needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?

Was not as untuitive as I had hoped, but still not to difficult to setup new clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love the ability to do this for everyone"

What do you like best about BullPhish ID?

The ability for syncing, the amount of training and phishing campaigns and the reports. This helps make people aware and also tests them on protecting their company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?

Wish there was a way to be able to keep notifying users that have not done the training instead of just one email. Some things are a little difficult such as the client portal being password protected and no protected. Sometimes that gets missed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BullPhish ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to present to our clients that ever though they may not call us all the time that we are always protecting them and working on further solutions for them. Shows them that we care about them and don't just close the door. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Knowledge Base"

What do you like best about BullPhish ID?

I think the most important part of BullPhish ID is the knowledge it provides through the training and phishing campaigns. The training especially I have found to be very informative for identifying different attack vectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BullPhish ID?

Before the most recent product update I would have said lacking the ability to bulk send campaigns to many clients at a time. This feature has recently developed so at the moment I have no dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BullPhish ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Many customers will fall victim to phishing emails or other scam-based attacks on the internet due to a lack of exposure and knowledge regarding the methods and objectives these scammers use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
