What I like best about BullPhish ID is how simple it is to set up and start using. You don’t need a long onboarding process — within a short time you can launch phishing campaigns and assign training. The prebuilt phishing templates and training videos save a ton of time, especially if you don’t have the resources to build content from scratch. For MSPs, the ability to manage multiple clients in one dashboard is a big plus. And finally, the pricing is reasonable compared to bigger players like KnowBe4, which makes it easy to justify for smaller organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about BullPhish ID is that the customization options are somewhat limited. While the templates are useful, they don’t always allow me to tailor campaigns exactly to my organization’s needs. The reporting is also pretty basic — it gives you the essentials, but it would be great to have more advanced analytics and trend tracking. On top of that, some parts of the interface feel a bit clunky, which can slow things down when setting up campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
