We can help all of our MSP clients meet their CyberSecurity insurance training requirements with great tools like BullPhish ID. Their security training modules are short, easy to understand, and a great teaching tool. We can easily generate monthly training reports and BullPhish ID automatically sends those to all stake holders in each of our client's organizations. What is really great is we can show them who has not done the training, who has not even read the training email, and who has passed/failed the training. This really gives those involved at each client some clear insight on who is doing the work and who might need further training/motivation to complete their training. One of the major drawbacks to BullPhish ID is the user interface. Setting up a training and phishing campaigns is tedious, repetitave, and not that user friendly. It would be nice to design a training campaign, then assign that campaign to each client. As it stands now, you have to go into each client, setup a training schedule for each training module, and then assign it to your training group. This has to be repeated at a 1000 times if you have a lot of different clients and/or groups.
If they would make the interface more user friendly and have the ability to setup a series of what training modules you want to focus on, then apply it to all groups and clients, that would make BullPhish ID one of the best on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use it for all the work-flows you would expect: Phishing attach simulation and security training. It is easier to setup and use than all previous products I have used in this space - and I've used several of the popular ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No real complaints. I do feel as though having the training campaigns organized into course runs on various topics (for instance, where I can say "Let's do passwords for the next 4 weeks" with a single click) would be a great add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I liked that the system was managed by the vendor, but there is really little to nothing else redeeming about this porduct. The reporting was both inaccurate and ugly, with missleading in the way it presented the data. No integration with spam reporting, and more expensive than other solutions. Bullphish has old looking content, some of the test questions are either flat out wrong, or they are difficult to understand, and if I as the IT person cannot fully grasp the content, I dont expect your average user will have any hope of it. The system also restrticted out users from ever catching up, so if someone consistently missed something, they would just never get the training unless we created a whole new campaign for them alone. On the plus side, this nifty tool gives you super realistic phishing simulations. And guess what? You can customize the training modules too! How awesome is that? It's like they made it just for you & your team. This personal touch makes the training way more effective. People are more likely to remember stuff when it feels relevant to them. Oh, and get this - you can even add your own training materials! Plus, they use custom domains for those training emails. It's like the real deal, but totally safe. But, hey, nothing's perfect, right? BullPhish ID has a couple of tiny hiccups. For one, it doesn't have that remediation training thing. You know, where they explain what you missed and WHY. (That would be pretty helpful, don't ya think?) Also, the admins can't see SUPER detailed info on how each person is doing. It's kinda tricky to figure out exactly where someone needs help with spotting those pesky phishing attempts.

BullPhish ID is a great product for managing our staff Security Awareness Trainings. I can log in and send out different trainings, and there are plenty of templates available to cover a whole lot of material. It has been my experience as a BullPhish ID user that the training modules are very detailed and interesting. These templates appear to come from various different vendors ensuring that none of our clients are excluded from using BullPhish ID simply because they don't use software provided by companies that are included in the templates. You can create a phishing campaign in less than 10 minutes and target individual users or entire groups. This makes pushing out these campaigns super easy. We would recommend anyone that gets BullPhish ID to get Graphus with it as well. Graphus makes the implementation super easy as it will take care of all the whitelisting.
