It's free! I like that it offers scheduling for posts, but more than that I appreciate that it picks times for posts on its own that are based on the usage stats for the various social media sites you link to your account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that it is struggling to post to Instagram. Instagram is difficult enough to use from a desk job perspective. You have to use it on a phone/tablet, and that adds another step to sharing. They recently updated to include IG posting and scheduling, but we have not had success with this feature. It works some of the time, but other times it sends a reminder to log into IG and share the post. All too often, the post if MIA from Buffer at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can manage my business social profiles at once. Also it's great because Buffer scan your audience to check and find the right time to post. You can of course program the posts so you do not have to follow every profile every minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The instagram function is just a reminder for you to post, not an actual posting feat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use is phenomenal, especially how one can draft a single post for all three major Social Media sharing platforms -- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. Also, it makes it very easy to track the engagement on your content in the form on reports and analytics. The team takes feedback very encouragingly. I'm happy that they've also added Instagram as a Social Media channel as well. Overall, it's doing what it says. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool isn't really seamless, gives errors out of the blue. The support isn't the best either. A lot of things could be improved regarding the robustness of the product. The tool is also very pricey for no reason, I'll be making a switch as soon as I get a better deal in the same price. Pay around $10/month just for the basic plan. Perhaps if they can price the same one around $5 a month it would really make sense to use this tool. Apart from these minor drawbacks, it's good enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how it's easy to use. You can set up an account in minutes and post easily to multiple channels (Twitter, FB, IG and more) Also, allows you to make times for posts to go out every day. (i.e. 5pm every Monday) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it limits how much you post. So if you use the free version, you can only post up to 5 times per day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Calendar. It's easy to buffer plenty of posts to be published! You can easily change the time zone so working for clients on different continents is not an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The design. It's clean but not that nice. Also, some options happen to stop working and start working by themselves.
Their support is available only on Twitter. It's not 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can easily move around posts. Life comes at me fast–one minute, my day is free, and the next, I'm suddenly working late tonight. Being able to find and curate content in Buffer that will be posted when I want it posted is HUGE for me.
I also love that Buffer lets me use the best optimized time , or I can set the time for whenever my message needs to be sent out. What a help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there is room for grown in data and analytics. The feedback we get from Buffer isn't as helpful as I wish it could be–and honestly, in this day and age of real-time analytics, should be included (at very least in the paid subscription, which I use) for users of the platform. I like the ability to schedule content in advance, either according to a set posting schedule or a custom time that I choose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The scope of what you can post with Buffer is very narrow. For example, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter all support combining multiple images into one post, but Buffer can only publish one image per post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The social media editorial calendar planning and auto-posting, plus renarkabke newsletter content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
