Buffer now supports scheduling for Instagram, so it's on par with Hootsuite, but it also gives non-profits a 50% discount on services. It's great for publishing and scheduling. Buffer seems to offer a service called Reply that allows listening, which is something we'll need in the future but not right now. I disliked the fact that you couldn't have unlimited posts on the free account, but they sort of baited you by letting you have 30 at a time.
