It's a good tool for a easy use of it, it has an easy and very intuitive interface, really like it for post in all social media accounts same content or make visible content for some target. You can customize messages for each social media account, so you will not be limited for that twitter's limit of characters on Facebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It hasn't a lot of functions, so it's just for a easy use of it, their stats are not very good, are simple and poor of bias for understand better your public. Have some bugs on Twitters' profile pic and connecting with Instagram, so must be a bit annoying don't use all functions correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Buffer bring a new way of social media marketing. With Buffer we were able to mange various social media account from a single place. Buffer is easy to use and very fast. With just one click we can post the content on different social media platforms. Buffer is a secure tool and we had never any issue while using it. Best tool to increase social media platforms. Buffer helped us in increasing social media presence on different platforms and we never had any issue with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer saves me time because I can schedule posts in advance all at once, rather than having to go into Instagram or Facebook every time I want to post something. It also gives me a clear way to look at all my recent posts on different platforms, so I can make sure I have enough variety in my copy and that I didn't accidentally post something twice or post too often. It's also just extremely easy to use with a really clean, user-friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is that Buffer won't let you click on the current date to schedule something, because it recognizes the whole current date as in the past. In order to schedule a post on the day of, you have to first click on a future date, and then manually edit the date afterwards. It took me awhile to figure out you could do that. The Buffer system is a simple to use option for creating scheduled posts across several of the most important Social Media Platforms in existence, this includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and many more! The analytics system also tells you what the best success your posts have across all the platforms you are sharing on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike some of the limitations at a free level, especially since it did not use to be as limited as it is now. Still very well worth the investment though. Being limited to only 8 social accounts altogether is also a bummer even when having premium because as a Brand Manager that can mean having several buffer accounts / subscriptions for individual brands. The ease of use and ability to send post to multiple platforms with the touch of one button! It's an app packed full of practical features such as queuing, putting post up for review if you're collaborating with a team, but one of the most awesome features that makes this all worth it is the analytics function. This allows you to view the overall response and performance of your posts form the various platforms chosen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's limiting with the amount of social media platforms (choices) that you can manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That I am able to schedule reminders on posts for easy and quick posting on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That the posts cannot be automatically posted on the basic free version. It would be so much better if posts were automatically posted. Also, the app takes a little getting used to, its not seamlessly designed to be user friendly. I wish there was the possibility of previewing the post on the profile and how it would look on the feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the feature to schedule for coming time, tag the people, URL Shortening and Image Suggestion too. These features allow me to schedule my posts by using different techniques to check insights too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it won't allow me to upload a picture, just show only "you can't upload this image". It looks weird when there is no option to change the image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Buffer to get reminders about our social media posting and it works great! Recently they implemented an update so that the posts go automatically to social media (but it's not perfect - see dislikes). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most recent update has glitches so that the posts do not post at all to Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Buffer is so easy to use - I can schedule posts from desktop and mobile quickly. Plus, you can schedule retweets! You can bulk upload posts using another tool, like Bulk Buffer (not associated with Buffer). I use it for scheduling LinkedIn, Google+, and Twitter posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer isn't the best for Pinterest or Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer is one of those companies that obsess over their users. In addition to having the best social media scheduling & management tool on the market, they also have great customer support. Buffer is also an open company which means that they share their revenues, salaries and expenses online. They are all remote and they are a role model for companies who want to do good in the world. I wish they had better integration with Instagram but I think they are limited by API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
