Nothing... It is a good product. We really like it. You can save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I'm able to post most of my social media materials on one website and have them go into each account and post them at my own specified time. It makes me job much easier, then going into each account and making posts. It also allows you to edit already scheduled posts so that you can add them to other accounts. I don't like how at first i Was not able to add my Instagram account. Though now that I'm able I am not able to post from buffer as easily as I can with the other social media accounts that I have like twitter and face book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For my job in social media, I manage multiple accounts for a management agency. With Buffer, I'm able to quickly and effectively draft posts, with pictures and captions, for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter all in one place and prepare them for the week ahead. Unfortunately, I've had much trouble in the past with Buffer scheduling - it fails often to post photos that I schedule, which is extremely disappointing in times of busy-ness when posts need to go up regardless of my availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer makes posting easy! Like out of sight, out of mind! Once you put it in, it’s pretty much done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some bugs like if you log out something’s things won’t post. Not auto posting portraits or multiple photos for Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the pricing they should have more flexible startup plans with better pricing or free 3-6 months premium for start ups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked how fast it was to sync up with my social accounts. Other tools weren't as easy to understand the setup. The act of posting and uploading images was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That you can only do 3 accounts in the free version. To be able to get the full view of posting from every different social media channel i manage I would need atleast 4 slots for profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
