The ease of use (especially with the Chrome extension!), the sleek UX, the weekly social media report card emails, the customer support ... all of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only feature I am hoping for is an easier way to repost existing posts to other channels - rather than copy and pasting. Other than that it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ease of switching between social accounts and quickly customizing content for each channel. I also like that I can use it for free and still get the main functionality that I need (scheduling posts in advance, according to a schedule). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free version does limit the number of accounts you can connect, so if you're hoping to use this for all of your social accounts (or on behalf of a client) you'll have to pay. But it's a fair exchange for the functionality you do get, and they can't give everything away for free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to schedule posts at different times pretty far into the future for multiple accounts and the ability for multiple users to schedule on our buffer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whenever a post was moved or deleted from a time slot and someone created a new post it would autofill into the newly empty post. Also that adding a new post slot for a certain day seemed to permanently add it to that weekday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very easy to use, and interact. I have 3 social media accounts linked and it works like a charm, including Instagram that is very restrictive. Both web and app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is quite confusing (from the social media apps) to know what is triggering what. Buffer does not help on clarifying that either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very simple to use. The layout is great and it's very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It often has issues with posting, but does nothing to remedy the situation. Also, I have had to reconnect my accounts multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The automation of social media posts, very simple interface that's user friendly, even for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Automation isn't quite perfect yet, and the placement of the "Share Now" button is a little too close to the close button when using the editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that there is an app, so I can check and edit things on my phone and post manually if I need to. I can get all my posts in Buffer at the beginning of the week and know that everything will get posted on time and at the optimal hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that there are picture size maximums and that I can only post on Instagram once a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s a greasy way to have things you create in advance post at chosen and higher traffic times - streamlines your day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Had some issues with cross posting on more than one platform - not frequent but still a thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
