The UI, UX along with it's flexibility to use on any device is beautiful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've experienced a couple of times scheduled posts didn't go through. This was on facebook Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool has a very easy and simple way to schedule your posts on any social network, and one of its advantages is that you can manage all your accounts from a single place. Buffer allows you to create visually stunning graphics to share easily on social networks. With Buffer, you can also manage, with great performance, your social networks from anywhere through your mobile since it has an app for Android and iOS. The technical support is perfect, I have never had any problems. And regarding price, its PRO version is cheap for any company, its prices are ultimately very attractive. I don't see anything I don't like, buffer seems like the perfect tool to manage my social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer is an excellent service. The best thing about the buffer is its UI- very intuitive and easy to use a calendar-style interface. Scheduling posts is fairly simple and supports all the major channels including facebook, twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-A bit buggy regarding the posting. The post scheduled in BST time gets posted 4 hours later.
-If you accidentally click somewhere else when creating a post, the post gets deleted and then you have to create the post all over again.
-There is no option to make one post and schedule it on all the social media channels in one click.
-There is no option to view all the calenders at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very simple and straight forward...and free Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes changing settings takes longer than it should. literally had to search for 1-20 minutes before I could figure out how to change my timezone. Just a waste of time to have to search out something so simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Buffer is the publishing feature. It helps me schedule posts ahead of time and across different platforms at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that I dislike about Buffer is, unlike other similar tools, it does not clearly separate social media accounts by client, although they have "groups" which do a similar thing. Working at a marketing agency, it sometimes gets confusing when all of our clients social accounts are in the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does the job, and is easy to navigate- I would say that almost anyone could work out how to get through the site and utilise it as a tool to benefit their business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's just a bit tedious when it doesn't do the task you've set, to the requirements you set out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very easy to use. I have it synched with facebook and linkedin on both personal and company profiles. The ui is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite thing about Buffer is how easy it is to use. I've used a lot of different social media management tools before, and I always go back to Buffer because it's easy to use and has all the tools I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it had better analytics for it's basic plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UX is simple and easy to navigate. Very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that Buffer Reply and Analyze are (somewhat) separate platforms so it doesn't feel all inclusive in the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
