At Flow, we have multiple clients that need content published during very tight time frames. Buffer, let's us get all of our content scheduled way ahead of time across multiple social media platforms. We use it every week! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Oof. This is something that I hope can be added because we are having to manually do this right now. Tweet threads. Buffer can't handle it right now, and I'd hate to go to a competitor just because of this one feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Buffer makes it easy to schedule and post to social networks. You can schedule multiple posts simultaneously on multiple connected platforms. You can also create a calendar, which allows you to specify days of the week and favourite times of day to post to your website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had connection problems because from time to time I unlinked some accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While we've seen social media grow over the past few years, we've seen the need to keep up with content in order to keep your business and brand front of mind for consumers. Buffer, allows you to create and schedule posts to be shared directly to your desired social media page or pages. Buffer makes it easy to tag businesses (a recent addition for Facebook), share multiple videos and really plan out your content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Buffer provides an amazing service and truly valuable app for social media scheduling, there are a few downfalls. The first being even though you can add up to 4 photos to a scheduled post for Instagram, you still have to manually post the photos (I think this might be an Instagram API issue, by what I've heard). Also, Instagram carousels allow for up to 10 photos, however, Buffer will only let you upload 4 at once. That's the biggest issue we found with Buffer. Other than that with other apps of similar functionality, there is availability to add in roles/approval processes which has proven beneficial for our work as an agency. Buffer has been instrumental to almost any social media campaign i have worked with so far. Buffer is so seamless with integrating existing profiles that managers tend to love it more than the main platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer has a pretty good grasp of the existing social media giants. however, it would be good to see entry into up and coming new social media networks as part of the integrations too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tools easy to use due to its simple interface. I had tried hootsuite as well but upon comparison... I loved buffer more due to user friendly interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing as of now. Being a student i agree to the fact that we need to pay as well and good things with better features do come with a price. Nothing for now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This software is an amazing social media management tool. It is the best tool to manage multiple social media accounts altogether in one place. It is very easy to schedule the content to grow the audience. It has also got an extension to help post really quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tagging doesn't work quite seamlessly in comparison to offerings by competitors. It is not possible to share more than one media file via buffer in a single post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how I can segment different accounts within the scheduler and ultimately learn about how I could use the product in the free version before I consider buying it. It allows me to get my bearings in it within my existing posting routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not too fond of the Linkedin scheduler - since it only fires the post, I spend a lot of time outside of Linkedin checking hashtags and post-previewing before I schedule a post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I only recently stumbled across Buffer when I was having issues with Hootsuite. I discovered that Buffer allows you to have a free account with up to three social media sites connected to post things to. There's a queue you can add posts to, and you can also schedule posts throughout the day, which is what I use it for. As an intern for a book publicity company, my job is to share the book tour posts from each blog that posts to social media, namely Facebook and Twitter. Buffer makes it easy to schedule each tour post each day. I also use Buffer to share posts to my own personal Instagram so I don't have to use my phone and the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I've found while using Buffer is that sometimes scheduled posts don't actually post. I may get an email stating a post had trouble going through, so I'll have to login and manually share the post. Other than that, though, I have no qualms with Buffer. I like to use Buffer to curate content that I can then schedule to post to all my social media. I love being able to schedule all of my posts out for a week or more then I don't have to worry about what to post each day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Connecting all of your accounts can be a bit tricky. Some of the features such as analytics are premium features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it because I can efficiently manage social media marketing. We can know who is interacting and schedule our posts at strategic times. I am delighted to have a plan focused on the development of online and digital marketing, and it has helped me achieve significant post coverage and great success in content programming on any social network. I have been able to get new leads thanks to Buffer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say I like the ability to optimize the content library because it seems less attractive. A minor update can solve the problem of accurate reporting and tracking of commitments. The Pro version is a bit pricey for small businesses, and you can't schedule posts with tagged firms or people. They removed the suboptimal sync feature that I used and found beneficial. I never knew why they completely removed it, but they should get it back. They have taken some features for free and included them in the paid version. Indeed, it is not that expensive ($ 100 a year), but it is a bit like throwing a rug at some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
