I wasn't given any type of tutorial and haven't had to punch in to work in more than two decades. In the past, I worked retail & time off was submitted email or a different portal; I never had to enter it in like this.

I don't know if it is because I don't know how or if it is just difficult, but it is hard to mark an employee as a no show due to various reasons if you are an admin. I usually have to ask the employee to go in to put why they didn't show up. I also would like to be able to approve time off right in the scheduler because sometimes I am in the middle of making a schedule before I see the request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Buddy Punch to clock in and out at work, and it’s very easy to use. The app is straightforward, and I like that I can track my hours and check my schedule anytime.
