I find Buddy Punch to be beyond user-friendly and super easy to use. I didn't need any guidance to figure out how to find my totals, request time off, or view the time-off calendar. Clocking in is super easy and takes a fraction of a second. I appreciate that it's clear how time is tracked and it feels fair. One thing that could be improved is including pending approvals in a total tally on the time cards. It would help if we could see one under "pending total" and another under "actual total" so we don’t panic when something is still pending approval. I find that the customer service is very good and always finds the answers to my questions. Creating a schedule is simple and easily accessible to my employees. The features available are exactly what I need to run my small team efficiently. I find the Buddy Punch app extremely useful because it allows me to clock in and out while in the field without manually entering my time. I love seeing the hours I have worked and having access to past time cards to keep track of my time throughout the year. It's very easy to see my overtime hours, which helps me plan time off without using my PTO. I appreciate getting an email notification if I forget to punch out, as it automatically clocks me out after 20 hours, which is a nice failsafe. Buddy Punch was also very easy to set up, just a few keystrokes and I was in. Additionally, I'm happy that I didn't need any training to use it, thanks to my past experience with the tool. Buddy Punch is easy to learn the ins and outs of the program. It was easy to make the transition from our other program to Buddy Punch. The integration into Quickbooks is a plus too.
