What do you like best about Bubble PPM?

Simplicity in capturing project information and customizing and displaying multiple project views. Easy to export information to Excel for further analysis. The process of stages and gates in the tool is a well thought-out. Support is built into the tool and the support is quick to respond and fix issues. Customer service with Bubble is great. What do you dislike about Bubble PPM?

Tool is flexible but functionality, financial management, UI and dashboard capability needs maturity although Bubble is investing further development of the product quickly based on customer feedback. Export of dashboards and reports to pdf need to be PowerPoint executive ready - better colors, fonts, formatting. Export of a 4-box status and a plan on a page is not flexible enough to present. Recommendations to others considering Bubble PPM:

Simple functionality is there to manage portfolio lifecycle and software cost is reasonable. Easy to configure to specifications of the consumer's need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bubble PPM solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Bubble PPM?

The Bubble PPM tool is highly configurable and the Bubble team has been extremely supportive from initial setup to day to day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bubble PPM?

Not much to dislike. The Bubble team has been very responsive when we have suggested potential enhancements to the tool. While some have taken some time to implement, the Bubble team has communicated timelines and statuses extremely well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navigation within the software can be a bit cumbersome sometimes. I wish there were more options/ability to connect to the ERP system at my site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed a central hub for all of our innovation projects, and this was an off-shelf option that checked off all the requirments. All the projects and documents are encompassed within Bubble, reducing a lot of admin burdens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bubble PPM?

Using innovator in our daily business flow has made my life so much easier. The customers side, alone, has driven our revenue up 70% in the last 6 months! I love how easy it is for me to see the daily logs and what area it was from. The detail they provide is almost like having an assistant in house! It's as if I having someone doing my job for me. Thankful for this program as it had increased my work to life balance- making everything so streamlined that I can get out of the office sooner to spend more time with my family. What do you dislike about Bubble PPM?

There isn't anything that I just plain do not like. Sometimes it can take a little more time than I would like when I have to call their technical issue phone number but they always are super helpful and help me resolve the very few issues I have ever experienced using their software. We just could not manage our products efficiently in regard to which project to allot them to or what inventory was being taken up by what project. Now it is a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
