What do you like best about Brightpearl?

I have been using Brightpearl for the past 10 years which is a sign I am a very happy customer. We find it very user friendly, convenient for the entire team to access data and work on relevant processes and we like the fact it is totally integrated so no systems issues. What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

I don't have any dislikes. I have some feature requests which I have shared with Brightpearl and they are working on including batch traceability. I also would love fractional units of measurement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

I like that we can make mass updates to product management by spreadsheet. This feature gives our company the flexibility to quickly update large amounts of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

The downside to using BrightPearl is not having the ability to export complete products lists. For example, season, supplier, category, and subcategory are items that don't export into the product list report. I have to filter and export multiple reports and merge to get a complete picture. What do you like best about Brightpearl?

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

The only downside I've found is revenue reporting on products sold both in bundles and individual items. Revenue received on bundled products is not attributed to the individual product components so there is manual work involved to get to the figures required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

As an e-commerce DTC brand, Brightpearl provides benefits throughout our organisation. We looked for a solution that could help us: manage inventory accurately and flexibly across multiple sales channels, service our customers and answer their queries with better oversight into different parts of the business, e.g., inventory allocation, order fulfillment, and fundamentally empower us through technology to grow our business more efficiently. Brightpearl provided a solution that beat any other provider on the market that we looked at and at a price point that we could live with. We also pay attention to where and how quickly Brightpearl is developing because that means an improving product, which allows us to achieve better outcomes in our own output over time. Brightpearl does the core things well and outsources the rest to providers who dedicate themselves to those solutions, such as connecting to shipping providers to create shipping labels or managing listings across multiple sales channels - that makes for a scalable solution. What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

The UI is a bit overwhelming for new users however we've noticed they get used to it quickly and can navigate themselves well after a few days using it. What do you like best about Brightpearl?

Brightpearl allows us to control all of our stock, sales orders and purchases all in one place, whilst integrating seemlessly with multiple selling platforms and logostic providers.

Our warehouse efficiency has increased as picking and packing is easier than ever and 'out of stock' problems are a thing of the past.

We now have all of our purchase orders on the Brightpearl system and can schedule deliveries and book them in quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

The integrations with online sales platforms are excellent, they are extremely powerful, we’d be lost without this. Connecting our Google workspace email allows us to see emails by customer within Brightpearl. This allows any staff member to pick up customer queries irrespective of who was initially dealing with them, enabling a much more collaborative supportive ways of working that improves customer service. With everything accessible from one place it enables us to have an overview of the entire business, allowing us to make rapid decisions and focus on our customers. What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

Reporting hasn’t evolved to the extent it could. The information is there, I usually end up exporting it and analysing elsewhere.

The power of Brightpearl comes at a price, if you are small or are not planning to grow your business it may be too expensive, on the other hand if you have ambition and can use the sophisticated tools provided to there full extent, the sky’s the limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

The Inventory Management as it has allowed us to effectively control our stock levels, simplify the process of goods-in/out, and distribute products on multiple eCommerce platforms. The ability to fulfill B2C and B2B orders quickly and efficiently is incredibly important, from taking the initial order all the way through to dispatch - the Inventory Management System and CRM side of the system combined achieves this. Overall, the platform does streamline all of our day-to-day activities (stock management, order fulfillment, book-keeping tasks, etc) allowing us to focus on tasks that lead to growth. What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

Although the platform has plenty of modules already, a fully intergraded shipping system (however basic) included within the current package would complete Brightpearl's offering. Wordpress/WooCommerce integration is a must and should be introduced ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automation is key for any growing business. Brightpearl has automated so many of our processes from initially placing orders, managing multiple order streams, including wholesale and web orders, and helping us to manage cash flow through easy to to use reporting tools.
