Dislike is a too strong word. Of course, there are functions in BF which need to be improved further (timekeeper rates and their approval process, etc.), but the company is working on these areas. Even if we sometimes have technical difficulties with the platform, the support team is always supportive and communicates transparently, so we can be sure our queries are properly handled. Brightflag is also very helpful with tracking budgets and matters so we can stay on top of our spend. Brightflag has been an invaluable tool when it comes to the technology of flagging invoices. Brightflag has the best customer support services I have ever experienced. The system is very user-friendly and it integrates perfectly with our existing legal management system (Xakia).
Brightflag is also a great tool for legal counsels to review the spending and make sure it in line with our billing guidelines and great for tracking legal spending for reporting purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't think of anything that's Brightflag specific. It's more about our current account payable system which doesn't integrate with Brightflag, so the approvers sometimes need to approve the same invoice in 2 systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
