Customer Service and ease of use...this was easy to adapt and the customer service is 5 stars. They also take the time to get feedback and then use it to enhance the platform. Not many out of the box reports available, so you either need to be familiar with a data visualization system, PowerBI for us, or have a team that can help with that. The matter management is a separate paid module, so you won't get it included with your e-billing solution unless you opt into it.
