All the software providers are good at selling software, but helping customers to succeed, especially in the long term, seems to be more of a challenge for many vendors. Brightflag has a CSM team that deserves the name. From the first day of the implementation period through go-live until today (2 years post-go-live), the Customer Success Management team has been working closely with us to help us in any way they can. The passion for customers and the can-do attitude are outstanding, and not once have we regretted choosing Brightflag and migrating all of our e-billing data to their platform.

Nothing to dislike really. Some feature requests take some time to be implemented, but this is the reality of the software industry. I like the financial analytics and workspace features best about Brightflag. The system is user-friendly and has excellent invoicing and budgeting processes.
