What do you like best about Brightflag?

Brightflag is a clear and easily manageble platform which is ree for our suppliers to use. It has been a massive help with sorting our finances and costs . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightflag?

It would be better if more functions were linked on one page rather than changing pages between "Vendors, new matters , invoices". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightflag?

What do you dislike about Brightflag?

I think it would be great if BF could be a bit more agile as well as predictive from a user experience perspective.

There are updtaes and new features but I think, to be competitive, know your customers business and use the AI to anticipate your customers needs. Be curious as to what your customers next moves might be.

Consider other uses of BF for your customers.

What do you like best about Brightflag?

Customer Service and ease of use...this was easy to adapt and the outstanding customer service is ongoing. They also take the time to get feedback and then use it to enhance the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightflag?

Overall, the entire user exerience of Brightflag is extremely easy. Firms are able to utilize the platform with little to no friction. Addtionally, Brightflag allows us to have better insights into our spend to help us better understand where we may need to invest more time, money, or headcount. I'd like to see invoices a bit quicker, sometime the lag time from submitting an invoice to pending for review tkes awhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightflag?

I drive a data centric outside counsel management program at my company. The data that the Brightflag AI engine provides is without peer in the industry. I can offer more insights, have more meaningful conversations, and drive massive cost savings for a single reasons - the insights provided by Brightflag's data. What do you dislike about Brightflag?

The reporting function in Brightflag, while very good for basic reporting, stands to be improved as of the date of this review (May 2023). Not all data is reportable out of Brightflag and advanced custom reports are not always possible without engaging customer service. I have linked Brightflag to Tableau to allow for more advanced reporting, but it is my understanding that improvements to reporting is on the product roadmap.
