The overview of our billables has increased a lot. Especially when it comes to different departments and savings Brightflag, their customer succes managers and support department is top tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Brightflag platform is extremely intuitive and truly innovative. Having been involved in the design, implementation and management of third party solutions at NatWest, Brightflag has been joyful to work with. The solution itself is user friendly whilst being able to demonstrate its value to the business in many areas. Brightflag have provided immense support both pre and post implementation and no ask is too much. They're constantly wanting to know what they could develop to further help our business and potentially other clients, this has been what I believe sets Brightflag apart from other solutions on the market. It's not a meaningless post-sales check-in with their client, but rather its consistent weekly follow-up to provide actionable recommendations based on many behind-the-scenes data analyses. I worked with the Brightflag team in the RFP and the Implementation projects. During both they kept a trustworthy attitude, backed by demonstration... and facts afterwards. We were looking for a more user friendly tool, and that's exactly what we got! We always had the good feeling of being listened too and taken into serious consideration because our success meant Brightflag's success. We're a busy, lean, globally distributed team with responsibility for keeping on top of legal hot spots, anticipating legal issues and tracking global legal spend. Brightflag not only cuts down on admin time (the review and paying of invoices), but gives us a whole host of relevant, centralised and structured data which translates into valuable management information we can use to make better decisions with. As with any tech, you need to build processes and controls in the background to make sure the tech is adopted widely and is fit for purpose. No two organisations are alike and no single piece of tech or software will cleanly dovetail with existing processes without some work to map out how best to configure and deploy it.
