I can not create an article ad that shows up on a channel to look like an article from that channel. I don't like that their Upload Youtube feature doesn't work at all. I don't like that I can't review all campaigns in a single screen like I can in Google ads for example. I don't like that I can't see a breakdown of billing or spend for a selected date range. I don't like that I can't view performance from a single or multiple campaigns that span multiple months. 1. At first, customer support was nice and helpful. Then after I met with them (turned out to be sales reps), they went ghost. They overpromised and under-delivered. They promised a few follow-up items and answers and never did. I'm unsure if it was because of my low (test) budget or they are SELECTIVE about their customers in a bad way. I was very disappointed because I had high hopes of using this platform.
2. The platform is not robust enough for B2B marketing. They only have options such as business owners and zero options to target specific job titles, company types, and seniority levels. They claim to add it on the back end, however, I wouldn't trust that.
3. The user interface is a bit crammed together when looking at stuff on my dashboard. The color isn't pleasing to the eye either.

I like that I can use Brandzooka for all of my client needs, both big and small. Brandzooka's suite of options enable us to run both small, localized test campaigns as well as national efforts. Their Connected TV capabilities are next level. Their many OTT and tech partnerships allow for a one-top shop when running CTV campaigns. I can get a campaign up and running in minutes, and get spots out there across multiple platforms, all for one line item on the budget. This significantly cuts down on the time and effort it takes to place media buys, allowing us more time to devote to other client needs or pitch and source new business. I have partnered with Brandzooka since the early days, and as a startup, the platform is constantly changing. Most of the time, these are positive changes and offerings, but it still creates a change and workflow and adjustment on our end. The ease of use and effectiveness. Brandzooka has built a platform that anyone can use to launch a campaign in minutes. The UI is much simpler and easier to use than Facebook Ads, and you can reach your audience everywhere outside of social media with just a few clicks. Due to the nature of our product, social media often works better for us in terms of direct attributable sales. However, Brandzooka is an amazing awareness driver and we're able to get in front of tons of eyeballs when we need to (i.e. expanding our product into a new consumer category, event-specific awareness campaigns, general brand awareness). I love the ability to schedule advertisements on streaming TV platforms for my clients. This is providing them another facet to their marketing strategy that wasn't there prior. With the ever-growing popularity of streaming services, this is a MUST for many of my clients, and Brandzooka delivers, effortlessly. The first campaign we ran outperformed 83% of the rest of the platform, which was an impressive statistic to use to get other clients behind using the product in their marketing efforts. I personally dislike the depth of the placement reporting, I wish there was a bit more detail as to what page or page(s) an ad was served when using web placements, not just the root URL.
