What do you like best about BrandOffice?

The fact that all templates are easily deployed if branding changes and you are guaranteed that all staff have the correct versions of documents to use. I like that I can manage my own templates from the console and I decide what is used in the business without needing any vendor or third party suppot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was a bit fiddly to set up, but once done it never needs doing again! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We need to create uniform documents that have consistent branding and content. Not just for client experience but for regulatory reasons as well. The system solves that problem, by allowing us to have a centralised library of content that can be used easily across the whole team. What do you like best about BrandOffice?

Efficiency. We've uploaded 70-80 legal templates on the toolbar for use by the legal team and have made a bunch available for the business to use. Time and money saved by not having to ask the legal department to prepare an agreement. All there with a couple of clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to dislike. There is ongoing development and improvements and the team is always willing to help. We've come a long way together. Each helping the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrandOffice?

Using saved format and branding colors etc. saves time and ensures professionalism is carried out throughout the organization. All users can use a uniform standard to carry through the Brand look and feel. It is also so easy to use, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrandOffice?

My CEO has been begging me for years to have a place where she can open a presentation and then just pick and choose the slides she wants. I tried to make SharePoint folders and different templates and all the options she needed but it didn't work. Then I tried a document management system where she could search for the words she wanted and then pull things together, but that had way too many steps for everyone. BrandOffice has allowed me to make multiple templates for different types of clients and ALSO create a library of individual slides that can be added at will, and it's all in one place for easy access! What do you dislike about BrandOffice?

At the moment, the only thing is that it can't be used by Mac or Web users (which is a very small minority of people on the team), but I know that stuff is coming! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Making sure all materials are up to date

2. Giving my CEO (and the sales team) easy access to those materials
