The fact that all templates are easily deployed if branding changes and you are guaranteed that all staff have the correct versions of documents to use. I like that I can manage my own templates from the console and I decide what is used in the business without needing any vendor or third party suppot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a lot of benefits that it is hard to find something negative about this software. What I can say is that there is always room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Efficiency. We've uploaded 70-80 legal templates on the toolbar for use by the legal team and have made a bunch available for the business to use. Time and money saved by not having to ask the legal department to prepare an agreement. All there with a couple of clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using saved format and branding colors etc. saves time and ensures professionalism is carried out throughout the organization. All users can use a uniform standard to carry through the Brand look and feel. It is also so easy to use, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BrandOffice completely transformed the way we create documents. As a service-based company with heavy reporting needs across the entire organization. This product has improved the look and feel of all our deliverables and empowered employees to develop client-ready materials without marketing intervention. My CEO has been begging me for years to have a place where she can open a presentation and then just pick and choose the slides she wants. I tried to make SharePoint folders and different templates and all the options she needed but it didn't work. Then I tried a document management system where she could search for the words she wanted and then pull things together, but that had way too many steps for everyone. BrandOffice has allowed me to make multiple templates for different types of clients and ALSO create a library of individual slides that can be added at will, and it's all in one place for easy access! At the moment, the only thing is that it can't be used by Mac or Web users (which is a very small minority of people on the team), but I know that stuff is coming! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
