
Branch is quick and easy!! My employees LOVED when we tranisitoned to branch. They get paid everyday instantly! It keeps my on my toes with distributing tips daily instead of weekly. There were times before I introduced Branch to the Restaurant Group that I would fall behind on my tip spreadsheet. I would find myself having to rush to finish it at the end of the week. When you rush mistakes happen. Mistakes with peoples money is not a good thing. Now Branch is part of my daily ruteen! It has also put the restaurant group as a whole in a better postion finacially. Not having to have a weekly pay out of tips being deducted from the bank accounts is probably the most important! Having Branch deduct it form our account daily has put us in a better postion.

It can be difficult to ensure that Employees have correctly activated their card and account to ensure that they have access to their funds. 95% of the time it is easy, but for Employees that are not tech-savy the process can be cumbersome and difficult to help them navigate. The biggest upside is not having to replenish petty cash multiple times per week at every restaurant location for server tip payouts. It saves everybody in the company time and the onboarding and training was seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is the possibility for user error. Even with the checks in place, you can't completely eliminate human error and your risk is a bit greater than if you were limited to only cash-on-hand, but it hasn't been too big of an issue for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is terrible, almost everyone I have talked to has taken multiple days to even respond to my issue. When calling the number it almost is never someone who is very fluent in English and communication is not great. They are not understanding my issue or I can not understand what they are trying to say. Also right after launching there was some sort of branch outage that really negatively impacted my roll out. What impressed me the most was that I was on the phone and had a substantive conversation with a Branch representative only a few moments after submitting an inquiry! I wish the instant transfer amount were a bit higher. It's only a daily limit, but we've had two instances where the employee had to wait for the day change to withdraw their money when they needed the funds ASAP.
