They demonstrated a deep understanding of their domain, and they mirroed our urgency, keeping pace with us at every step. We were hiring some fairly specialized positions, and it took a few iterations to get our Job Descriptions right. Through these revisions, Braintrust was able to provide helpful recommendations about which changes to make, and in the end, we brought in many qualified candidates from across their network.

Braintrust fixes this problem by using blockchain technology to ensure, without a doubt, that a person has the experience they say they have. The sign on as both a contractor and client are extremely simple with their AI onboarding system. Their customer support is superb and there is someone helping you every step of the way. This, for me, will quickly replace LinkedIn for both hiring and finding Clients, and I find myself using it more and more every day!
