As a start up, we often need to move fast on positions, and Braintrust was indispensible in our most recent round of hires. They demonstrated a deep understanding of their domain, and they mirroed our urgency, keeping pace with us at every step. We were hiring some fairly specialized positions, and it took a few iterations to get our Job Descriptions right. Through these revisions, Braintrust was able to provide helpful recommendations about which changes to make, and in the end, we brought in many qualified candidates from across their network.

Braintrust fixes this problem by using blockchain technology to ensure, without a doubt, that a person has the experience they say they have. This means higher-quality talent for your business, easier application process for job applicants, and a win-win onboarding process for everyone!
The sign on as both a contractor and client are extremely simple with their AI onboarding system. Their customer support is superb and there is someone helping you every step of the way. This, for me, will quickly replace LinkedIn for both hiring and finding Clients, and I find myself using it more and more every day!

The expereince with Braintrust has been efficient and stress-free thus far. In today's job market, I find staffing agencies unreliable + not able to fully undesrtand what the client is looking for various. The biggest roadblock with agencies is they don't really understand what the talent does or is looking for. With Braintrust, I can bypass all of that and seek out exactly what I am targeting. The onboarding process is smooth and transparent; the offer stage is exciting - the Braintrust team has the process perfected. I do wish all of the onboarding information was more centralized, which I guess do against the whole idea of decentralization - but after my offer, I found the information gathering to be a bit overwhelming.
