There are many tools and controls included in Box that can help new users to get familiar with it very easily and quickly. We’re constantly sharing information with our outside call centers, giving them access to their own folders. It’s UI allows us to easily search and store all the files we want. The management console is very interactive, coming with easy and self-explanatory settings. The web and mobile versions perform very well too. I think Box could add more ways to share data between companies. I think the sync system could be better. When it comes to the platform tools (copy, paste, delete, etc), I think they could be arranged in a more professional way, as right now it doesn't seem too serious to me. Also, Box is locked into the classic file explorer method of file management. Maybe it’s time for them to work with alternate views, such as tag-based file management. The granularity of the permissions per file and folder makes a great system to actively work with the way I do it is: For work in progress total access, for reports that should be ready for the customer upload only but not edit or delete. When Box is compared to its competitors then it is difficult to use and an expensive software which the small size companies cannot afford this efficient software. Sometimes security issues create and that thing I really don’t like about the box software. But otherwise it has very solid security service and it is also very good uses management software. Box is the best software as compared to the Google Drive or one drive and the other software. It has some management features that we cannot use easily. The one most important problem is that software, when we shared the large amount of data and documents, it can create the error of our system and our system can't work well so all the data automatically delete. Another problem is that software, it takes too much time for downloading and uploading. We cannot use this software for searching the different functions and application. Thanks to Box we have never been so easy to work with the huge amounts of documents handled in our company and quickly and especially safely. Also with this we have saved a lot of time thanks to its good synchronization with the different teams to which the account can be linked, which makes it unnecessary to be transferring the same document from one place to another. In addition Box is very safe in information security even within the same account which leaves us very relieved because we do not have to worry so much about the security of our documents as long as they are stored and backed in Box. Sincerely we have been very comfortable during the time we have been using Box since this is a service that meets all the expectations, however we consider an aspect against the amount of storage space that has its free plan which can be very low for business use while in other services through the free plan offer much more space than Box. The Box software provides free 10 Gigabytes for your administrator to import files in general, bringing in your dashbord the option to separate files by folder, sort by name, size, date. Each folder has the options to share via other software, favorite, make it available offline (download the file to be able to use it even without internet), download the file, renomer, copy / move to another folder, delete and finally information in of the pulp. in addition to these items the software provides security through digital for applications such as Android and IOS optimizing the entry of the administrator into your account.
