I love Revver's transparent revenue sharing. They offer decent rates and payouts are straightforward. I appreciate knowing exactly how much I earn from videos with no hidden fees or surprises. "Great Automation and Folder Templates, But Room for Improvement"

What do you like best about Revver?

The standout feature for me is the automation engine combined with Folder Templates. Instead of manually naming and dragging files into sub folders, the system reads the document, names it according to our convention and routes it to the correct folder automatically. It’s a 'set it and forget it' workflow that has saved my team countless hours of data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

While the web interface is solid, the desktop companion app can be temperamental. I often have to restart it to get it to sync properly with the printer or local scanner. It feels like a legacy tool that hasn't quite caught up to the cloud version. Also, the search functionality is unforgiving. If you don't set up your metadata and tagging perfectly during the upload, files can effectively disappear. Unlike Google Drive where you can be vague and still find things, Revver requires you to be very precise with your query syntax. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary problem Revver solves for us is inconsistent data governance. Before Revver, every employee had their own 'system' for naming and saving files on our shared drive. It was a nightmare for version control, audits and information sharing. With Revver we’ve automated compliance. The system now auto-purges documents when they hit their retention limit. This has standardized our client onboarding. Because we use the automation templates, every new client folder looks exactly the same, contains the exact same checklist of documents, and triggers the same signature requests.
